“Fine Tune your Current Strategies to Maximize Profit”

Right now money making ideas on the Internet are fairly quiet. Of course, technology is still constantly changing on the Internet. However, the money making strategies out there are being fine tuned instead of introducing totally new strategies. For example, using video is currently a way to make money on the Internet. How Internet businesses use video is being examined. People want to know exactly how much money they can make by using a video promotion strategy.

When you look at the various promotion strategies make sure to figure out if the strategy drives traffic to your website and converts that traffic to cash. If the strategy is technologically savvy, but doesn’t convert to cash then don’t focus on it. You want a strategy that brings the most traffic to your website and also converts that traffic to cash.

Hone the strategies you are already using by focusing on the following strategies.
1. Look at your keywords:
For example, what top 3-4 keywords drive the most traffic to your website and has the highest conversion rate? Focus on maximizing the use of these keywords. Tracking your traffic and conversion parameters is critically important. You want to track from when the person clicks on your keyword to when the buy a product or service.

2. Look in your control panel.
Look into your c-panel for your website and check out your web stats. These stats will tell the websites where your traffic comes from. The stats data will also show you which keywords have the highest conversion rate.

3. Look at the rest of your current strategies.
Analyze each strategy in depth. Are you using the strategy to its full power? If not, why not? You need to dig deep and track exactly how much money each strategy makes for you.

Tip: It is important to realize that things do go wrong from time to time. You have to be resilient and expect that things will go wrong at some point. You have to learn how to not flinch. You have to learn how to make the best of the situation.

The big Internet gurus, who make millions of dollars, deal with obstacles every day. They have learned how to rise above the problem by solving it and moving on. Problems are not just for beginners. No matter how big you grow, you will face problems. The problems may change as you grow. You have to build your mental and stomach muscles so you can handle these obstacles.

“How to take Advantage of Solo Advertising”

Solo advertising is a lucrative and secure alternative to joint ventures. Many Internet businesses have learned that solo advertising is a great option, but they aren’t sure how to get started. Following are a list of common questions when it comes to solo advertising.

Question #1: How do you set up solo advertising? Go to Google and search under your niche and advertising. For example, if you are in the health niche type “Health Newsletter Advertising” into Google.

Question #2: Who provides the copy for advertising and link? You provide the copy for the email. Write the email so it sounds like the newsletter or website it is on is endorsing your email. You can also try to have them actually sign off on your email. Have them write this at the top of your advertisement “You must read this ad because it is the best…Signed, The Editor”. This adds credibility. If the website won’t sign off on your email then make the email sound like they are interested in your email.

Question #3: Where are good places to place solo ads?
1. Speakernetnews.com – For authors, speakers, coaches.
2. Newsmax.com – For wealth building and making money.
3. Selfgrowth.com – Tons of different newsletters with loads of subscribers. They have tons of different categories: coaching, sales, home based business, speaking, etc.
4. Ezines-r-us.com – This is a great website to place a solo ad.

Question #4: What are advantages of solo advertising?
Solo ads and newsletter advertising are 100% guaranteed to be sent out because you pay for these services. When you pay for these services it is similar to having an insurance policy.

You send emails out. The emails drive people to a sales page. You can then sell your seminar, products, services, etc. from this sales page. In the past, you would have had to pound the pavement and/or call people on the phone to get them to buy your product or sign up for your seminar. Also in the past, you went into joint ventures with local businesses by having them promote your product. For example, a local store or chamber of commerce would promote your seminar or product. They were your joint venture partners.

The problem with using other people’s lists (i.e. The store’s customers and Chamber of Commerce customers) is that you have no power or guarantee. You need to create your own list. You can create a list and guarantee your email gets to people by sending it out yourself or pay other websites to send it out.

What are some tips for writing solo advertising copy? The key is to have great email copy. You need an attention grabbing subject line, headline, and body. Take time to create snappy sales copy that will prompt readers to take action by signing up for your seminar or buying your product.

“Joint Ventures are powerful, but have you tried this…?”

Joint ventures are extremely helpful for an Internet business. Joint ventures enable you to cull your resources with one or more partners. They can be powerful, but are not always the best option. Why? It’s simple – You don’t have a 100% guarantee that what you agree on will be accomplished.

So the question that was asked of top Internet marketing gurus was – “If you could use one strategy to drive a bunch of traffic to your website, assuming you already have good conversion, what would it be?” Joint ventures are quick way to make this happen. However, joint ventures have drawbacks. Sometimes your joint venture partner is unreliable. For example, you may depend on your joint venture partner to send out an email and they don’t. This affects your bottom line negatively.

An alternative option to a joint venture is to buy a solo advertisement. This is a quick way to drive traffic to your website. You can also buy advertising in newsletters. There are newsletters and places on the Internet in your niche that will send out emails for you if you pay them to. These newsletters have a subscriber database of thousands of people that are interested in your niche topic. You can pay them to send out the email for you to their list.

Essentially, you write the email and pay the newsletter to send it out for you. This is a great way to ensure that your email goes to targeted subscribers. You provide copy for the email and they will send out the email on the date you specify. You can guarantee that your email will be sent out because you pay for it. Whereas, in a joint venture you don’t have this security because some joint venture partners won’t do exactly what they said they will.

Sometimes newsletters won’t send out a solo advertisement email for you. Instead, they will let you pay for a “Sponsor Link”. This is a little advertisement and link to your website. Make sure that your Sponsor Link is at the top of their page. Make sure to be in at least the top four or five links. Any other placement and your sponsor link may get lost in the sea of links.

Take action and create solo advertisements right now. They are well worth the time and cost.

“Sales letters in a nutshell.”

What are sales letters?
A sales letter is a sales pitch in printed form. Why are sales pages so long? It’s simple, a long sales letter works! When you write a sales letter you have to think of all the objections in advance. There may be several objections that have to be clarified. This is one of the main reasons why sales letters are long.

Secret Copywriting Tip: People want to believe you. When they come to your website, they want to believe what you have to say. Why else are people going to your website? The copywriting hype has drawn them in. They secretly hope that the hype is true.

What should a sales letter look like? What type of copy do you need? Following is a list of the 15 elements of a sales letter.

1. Pre-Head.
You target potential customers. You need to get their attention.

2. Headline
Don’t forget your headline. It is very important. Headlines are full of hype because they need to get people to take time to read the rest of the sales letter.

3. Deck copy.
The deck copy should have darker colored text. The deck copy is not part of the body of the sales letter. The deck is a about a paragraph long.

4. Sales letter body.
This consists of the body text of the sales letter. It is several paragraphs, if not pages, of text.

5. Subheads.
The subheads make the sales letter easy to read. The subheads enable readers to skip around and look for the section of the sales letter they are most interested in. The subheads give a roadmap for the sales letter.

6. The lead.
The lead defines the audience of the sales letter and can be presented in many ways such as a story or bulleted list.

7. Rapport.
Let your readers know that you can solve their problems because you understand them.

8. Credibility.
Explain why people should listen to you.

9. Bullets.
Give brief description of the benefits of your products and services.

10. Testimonials.
This gives proof that you are not a scam.

11. Value justification.
Give the value of the offer through demonstrating its benefits.

12. Risk reversal.
Give a money back guarantee.

13. Bonuses.
Give free bonuses that are related to your product.

14. Offer and the call to action.
Show your readers how to buy your product or service.

15. The P.S..
Reiterate your offer and call to action in your P.S.
