My initial thought’s from last nights webinar.

My initial thoughts are: why try to figure out a niche to get into. Use
the software and get into alot of niches then find the one that is
making me the most money and decide if I want to get into it.

I did personally buy the software as I stated on the call because I’m very
interested in using it to create coke machines. Meaning… I place blogs on
the internet just like I’d place coke machines at physical locations.

Some will make me more money then others but together they will build an empire.

My wife and I have been looking for a model we both liked and
understood becasue she wants to have something of her own.

Now that she’s a stay at home mom. ( We worked side
by side for years – really since the beginning)

So we wanted to find something for her that requires little
work, easy to use, requires no or little customer support,
kinda a set it and forget it kinda thing, plus something she
can do – get started – get in money then outsource it out.

Plus, that will make money month-after-month.

You might be wondering do we really need more money? The
answer is no. But, she want’s her own thing – since business has
been all about me since we got married, and she wants to have
a business to put more money away for our retirement :-)

This seems like what we have been looking for.

It doesn’t require to be emotionally involved. Just pick
a niche you feel will work, create a blog around it. If it
works build more in that niche and make even more.

This is perfect for a non- personality business but haven’t wrapped
my head around how to use it in a personality driven business yet.

I’ll figure that out – just need to think more about it.

(if anyone has thoughts about how to do that please post that in the comments)

I spoke with my wife about building sites out side of the personality
driven businesses we are in now. My argument is if we build 1000 sites
that make 10-100 a month it would be a nice residual income stream.

I’m still working on this and will update when more things come to mind.

BTW: I never knew that converting from different languages and
then back to English is so easy. To me that was priceless.

Learning everything there is to know about sales letter writing can take some time. It takes some practice to master the skills necessary to produce a highly converting sales letter. If you’re not a good writer, don’t have the budget for a top notch copywriter or if you don’t have the time or desire to learn how to do it yourself, why not consider investing in a sales letter generator software program? There are some really good generator program on the market that are excellent at guiding you along the way to producing a sales letter that will get results.

One thing to always remember when producing a winning sales letter is to focus on benefits, benefits, benefits! Focus on what benefit your prospect will get out of purchasing your product. But another thing to do even before you produce your product, is to produce it first. This may sound a bit strange to some, but this technique alone can actually help you produce an even better product then you would have by not writing your sales letter first.

Here’s the thing… For a lot of people, they work months on their product and then produce their sales letter. But one of the tricks to really creating your products, I think, is doing the opposite. However, one thing to know is that it’s actually easier for you to create your sales letter first and then produce your product. Basically, then what you do is you can craft your product based upon your sales letter. That’s my little trick. What I’ll do is I’ll write the sales letter first, then I’ll create the product after that. This allows me to use my sales letter as my table of contents guide, if you will. This one technique alone has helped me create the product itself. And I’ve had some really good products that would not have been as good had I note written mine first. By doing this, you can give your prospect not only what they want, but also what they absolutely need, and create a winning product! So, that’s something to think about when you are writing them.

If you’re not a writer and don’t have the budget to hire one, I would highly suggest you get a generator program to create your sales letter for you. A lot of them are only around $97. But it’s worth the investment. Just compare that to spending thousands on a highly sought after copywriter. This won’t set you back as much and you’ll be able to produce a pretty decent one that will help you get sales.

If you require a web designer to make your sales page live, If you decide to hire someone, then make sure that they just say, “Hey, listen, I’ve got mine written. Here’s the page. I’d love for you to put it up for me. And how much would it cost to make it happen?” That’s a great way to approach it. Do note that it’s going to be very, very reasonable. They are not expensive at all. You may also want to tell them to pretty up the design a bit with some graphics and stuff in there for you. But that would be the “cheapest way” to get your sales page up fairly quickly. A little help can go a long way!

I’m sure you already are aware of the importance of an opt-in page. You set up a website to capture the names and email addresses of your visitors so that you can get in contact with them again. There are a ton of autoresponder programs that allow you to set up opt-in pages. These programs make it simple for you go grab some coding and place it on your site so that you can easily capture the personal information of your visitors. But setting up an opt-in page alone is not your only concern.

Making sure your opt-in page is set up to convert is key to ensuring you’ll get the most amount of prospects signing up for your offer. However, it is essential that you design your opt-in page for results. Did you know that colors play a huge role in the conversion of your page? Actually, blue is one of the best colors to use for an opt-in page. Sometimes you can see pretty good with other colors as well but the only way to know what works best is to test your page. Test your opt-in page, test the wording and graphic link buttons on your opt-in form to see what works best. Word choices, graphic pictures and color do play a huge role in how well your page will convert. And this will play a key role in the amount of people signing up for your list.

Now, in order to make a sale once your prospect opts-in, you need to sell your prospect something. If you don’t have your own product, sell your visitor an affiliate product. Selling affiliate products related to the information you’re offering in your opt-in website can product very good sales results. Just think, if someone is willingly signing up for your offer to find out how to train their dog, it’s very likely they’ll be interested in purchasing an ebook on the same topic.

In order to grab the sale, you need to carefully and strategically make your offer at the right time and in the right place. So, once your visitor enters their name and email address into your form, on your thank you page offer a related affiliate product. Say something like, “… you can find out more about XYZ by grabbing this comprehensive how-to guide that teaches you everything you need to know about XYZ…” And then provide a link to the affiliate product offer. This one strategy alone will allow you to grab a nice commission check without having to worry about customer service. Selling downloadable products from sites like ClickBank.com make the whole process a whole lot easier.

Plan your offers on an email per email basis coinciding your offers with free information that is very informative to your list so that they can know, trust and like you. This will help you grab more sales in the long run.

Is it really possible to pull in a whopping $5000 to $10,000 dollars as an affiliate marketer in 30 days? I was recently asked this question by one of my students. And I can honestly say that I don’t even think I did it in my first 60 days of being online. So, I thought I’d get that out of the way to make things as real as possible for my readers. Although many marketers will sell you on how easy it is to make money online using their tactics, many of them do fail to tell you that you’ll have to invest quite a bit of your time to make it happen. When I started out online, I focused on one thing, and this one thing was probably one of the best things that I ever did. I focused on building my list. Building your list is going to be the biggest key element to making things happen.

Now, in this article, I’m going to do something a bit different. I’m basically going to use this article as a case study example explaining how a student who wanted to target one niche and then branch off into another set up his business. I thought I’d explain this particular situation because I believe it will help others either thinking of doing the same thing, or just helping someone who is considering using the same strategy in their own market. I think the things that I discuss will help you carefully think through your strategies and in your marketing plan. Examples and real life experiences are one of the best ways to learn about what things work and what things don’t.

So, to begin, I had a student who had decided to enter the recovery from addiction niche. They then wanted to branch off and later sell self-help products to this same niche. And my advice was to ditch that idea. I don’t think that the addiction recovery niche as a big money making niche. What I recommended they do, was since they were talking about getting into the self-development niche, I suggested they actually totally focus on the self-development niche first. The likelihood of them getting to that mark is going to be a lot higher focusing on that niche first, than it is just focusing on the other and trying to convert recovery addicts to the self-help arena. It’s very important that you focus on where the money is. There is more money in self-development than there is in the addiction niche. If you look at every magazine or book ever written on the topic, that’s proof alone.

Now in order to earn between $5000 U.S. And $10,000 U.S., they would need to focus on the self-help niche because it’s a hot money-making niche. They also need to really focus on building that list. Having a list of people who are targeted to your market and who you can sell to again and again, is the key factor in building a profitable business. The fastest way to make that money in affiliate marketing is going to be through your list. I don’t know if you’d even want to waste your time and your energy focusing on creating blogs or focusing on creating articles and driving traffic to those pages. Your main goal is to set-up an opt-in page so that you can collect the names and email addresses of hot prospects who may be willing to purchase your products and/or services. You want to be able to market to these individuals well into the future, that’s why it’s so important to establish a relationship with them.

Although building a list is going to take some money and a little more time, it is well worth it in the end. I did it and look where I am today! You can do it too!
