The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website - Step 7

I don't know if any of you out there are blogging already. I'm sure there's some who are. I know a lot of people out there advocate blogging and I'm another person who's about to advocate it again. If you're not blogging on the internet, then it's literally something that you should be doing because you are missing out on a ton of traffic.

The internet likes blogs and search engines love them! It doesn't matter where you have a blog. They bottom line is they like blogs. It's the way of the net.
Any time that a blog refreshes content, it almost automatically gets put into Google, Yahoo, MSN or whatever search engine that they're mostly posting to. The reason why is, a lot of these blogs are actually doing what's called, "pinging" different blog search engines.

These blog search engines are highly spidered by the regular search engines and what that does for you is it takes your blog and moves it higher on the search engines for you. This then obviously brings traffic back to your squeeze page. So it's kind of all, one big cycle.

What we do is we actually take your article, as well as take the embedded code from your YouTube video, and we post both the video and the article as a post in your blog. Now, what that's going to do for you is start creating a highly-ranked blog that does nothing more than drive traffic back to your squeeze page because it's creating content on a blog that you can then drive back to squeeze pages and get a lot of people visiting you.

That's also another way that you can also get a second website, higher rankings in the search engines. Remember, we're not just talking about trying to take over the number one position in Google. We're talking about dominating as many pages as possible.

Well all know that taking top spot is good, but it is only one spot. If there's nowhere else for people to go but your website, guess where they're going to go? Your website! So really, what you want to do is you want to start creating things like blogs to take you to the top.

Actually, the best part about following all of these steps is that any one of these could help you, but we're going to do nine of them, and we're only at Step 7 right now. What we've already done will give you great results. Just imagine how much better you'll do following the entire A9 Process!

Now, here's a cool place where you can go that I have actually got another deal for you from the guys at FatJack. If you go to DirectHorizonInc.com/blogsetup, enter the promotional code "Traffic Magicians" you can check out the deal there. This is all great stuff that will see you rise to the top of the search engines!

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website – Step 6

Let’s review what we have done so far. We first started off writing good quality 350-500 word articles. We then submitted these articles to the various submission sites. Next, we repurposed and modified the same content into press releases and submitted those. After that, we took the same content and made it into professional videos. We submitted those.

Now, we’re going to take the audio that was in your video, which your professional voiceover person did, as well as your call to action, and podcast it for you.
The cool benefit for podcasting is that there are literally over 200 million Apple iTunes users searching on iTunes every single day. Now, although Apple iTunes likes video, it is really an audio search engine, just like YouTube is really a video search engine. So, if you don’t think 200 million is a lot of people think of adding yourself to other different audio search engines. That’s all you’re doing here is you’re just placing the media that these search engines like.

So what we do is, we actually take that audio and we create you a podcast channel and then get you on iTunes. What that’s going to do is it’s going to put you into another search engine that’s going to get you even more traffic. Plus you can get back links from that because it’s an RSS feed - meaning that it’s constantly updating. It’s like a blog. You’re going to constantly see this updating in Google or in all of the other regular search engines simply because it’s like new content coming in.

Pretty amazing stuff when you think about all the techniques we use to generate a huge amount of traffic. The best part of the A9 process is it’s not a bunch of smoke and mirrors that will get you banned and the effects of using these techniques will last indefinitely because the media we are using has been around forever and is not some passing fad.

If you haven’t done so already, make sure you go over to DirectTrafficGeyser.com and check out what we have to offer. We have done our best to help you in this whole process and we have arranged special pricing on all this stuff, in case you don’t have the time to do any of this yourself. It will be one of the best investments you ever make in your business.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website – Step 4

As a continuation of the A9 Process we use at http://DirectHorizonInc.com you will begin to see huge turnaround for your business. But to stay on track let me continue to tell you what else we do in step 4 of the A9 Process. Now, once we have your article made into a press release, submit it as a press release and taken it to the article submission websites, we're now going to take your article and move into yet another media.

We're actually going to turn it into a video! That's pretty cool ... Now, I want to let you know a little bit about video upfront. First of all, video is not like this catch-phrase, you know, this thing that's going to go away. Video is here to stay! Some people don't realize the power of video. It is huge!

If you don't believe me, just go look on Google and search for how much Google paid for YouTube. That's all you've got to do. If you don't trust me, trust Google. They know what they're doing, obviously.

Video is going to literally change the way that the internet is run.

So, what we do is we actually take your article. We have a professional voice-over person read your article for you, and then we turn it into a video where we have different slides, you know, about three to five key points in your article, to give it kind of that interactive feel. This will give people something to watch that's entertaining and also the content is repurposed into something totally different. Now, a cool place to go, if you wanted to learn how to do this on your own, you can check out InternetVideoGuide.com/direct. It's a great resource.

We use Sony Vegas Movie Studio to do this with, and it's a really, really cool program. It's about $97 and it's so robust – it's literally the same program that was in a video program that we used to use in a recording studio that we had that was, I think over $25,000.

So, it's just a really, really cool, easy to use program. None of this stuff is rocket science. On the site, he's got all kinds of training on how to do this yourself using the Sony Vegas Movie Studio and also some other things that'll show you how to, build these type of videos. But it's really, really easy stuff. There are also examples of videos that have been created to give you a better idea of what type of quality you can expect.

You can also go to YouTube right now and search my name - Matt Bacak. You will find numerous examples there.

For complete notes on the A9 process, you can visit our PDF page at DirectHorizonInc.com/notes.pdf.

The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website – Step 3

Step 3 in the A9 process is where we’re going to take your article – and repurpose the content. We’re actually going to rework your article into a press release.

So, we just took that same article that you just created and we revamped it and made it into a press release. We have now made this worthy. Due to the fact that press releases have a different formatting and also a different structure of the context inside of it the article has to be altered into this format in order to submit it to press release websites. And press releases do command a lot of attention! So, it’s a nice, easy way to take one piece of content and repurpose it into different media, in this case a press release in order to gain more exposure and more traffic.

If you need direction, PRWebDirect is a great place to find the necessary tools to write a good press release. If you actually go to PRWebDirect.com/pressreleasetips.php#format, that will take you to the exact place where it teaches you how to format a press release correctly. So, if you want to go and take your article and format it into a press release, you can go and do that yourself.

Here is a case study from Mark Maupin and also Janak and Urvi Mehta. They all came to one of our seminar’s and were basically just starting out on the internet. All of a sudden, after they started doing press releases, they found that Mark’s name started showing up in Google almost 15 pages deep.

They also discovered that over 70,000 journalists, over 22,000 newsrooms, as well as 10,000 new sites, and also 60,000 trade magazines picked up his sites. In fact, they were in places like Google News, Yahoo News, and tons and tons more. Their site started popping up everywhere.

They actually have a real estate investment club where they were literally getting no new people. However, after a few short months of doing this process, they started getting 30 to 50 new people actually walking in the doors, coming to their weekly meetings, every single week! I know it doesn’t sound like much, but it is pretty amazing when you think about the fact that they had only been online for three short months.

They were in the number one position for their targeted search word worldwide, not just in Michigan or Atlanta or wherever. And that’s just with one of the strategies. If you would you like a list of the sites that made that process actually happen for them and get them all over the internet free of charge, go to DirectHorizonInc.com/notes.pdf and look on page 14 of the notes.

Follow this process and you will see results!

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website – Step 2

So now, Step 2 in the A9 process is you’re going to take your articles and you’re going to submit them to article submission websites.

Now, because this is a long and tedious process, here are a couple of cool things you can do.
First of all, if you go to this website, ArticleSubmitterPro.com, you can actually get a copy of a program that’s going to help you literally cut down 50% of the time it would take for you to actually go and submit all of these articles to different article submission websites.

In fact, we’ve got a little case study from the Internet Article Guy, Jeff Herring. Basically, he’s been saying that, when he wants more traffic, he just writes more articles. When he wants more prospects, he writes more articles. When he wants to build his list, he writes more articles. In fact, you know, if he wants more subscribers, he writes more articles. And definitely, when he wants more customers, he writes more articles. I mean, you can’t really get any more brass tacks than that. But you know, basically what he’s trying to say here is that articles and content are the way to actually drive traffic to your website.

It’s not, all this crazy different stuff like “put a link here,” “put a link there.” It’s creating content and making sure it spreads all over the internet – that’s what wins!

So, there’s a bonus for Step 2, and I just wanted to let you know that in the A9 process, one of the key things is when you go to ArticleSubmitterPro.com, you get the program. The program actually has about, I think, 2,500 different article submission websites. And I know some people are thinking, “wow, if I spread it out to 2,500 websites, that’s going to be a lot of different places, and I might get penalized by the search engines for that much duplicate content.”

Well, I’d have to agree. So, I would suggest choosing around 60 different websites that’s going to actually maximize your traffic for this one step. What this will do is enable you to spread out your content far enough, but not too far that it’s going to hurt you. Really, submitting your articles to too many sites is not a good thing. But just enough (about 60) is good. So I’ve actually got a list of all the sites that we have chosen to submit all these articles to, and in fact, these are the sites that I actually use daily as well. Go here http://DirectHorizonInc.com/notes.pdf to get the list.

The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website – Step 1

The A9 process is something that we developed to make it easier for you to start generating more traffic. The name itself stands for “article” multiplied nine times. You’ll see what I mean in a second.

Content is what is going to drive you on the internet, so if you’re not putting content out on the internet, you’re basically wasting your time. Content is going to help you create an even stronger Google image, because there is more stuff out there that you’ve written about different subjects and also different topics inside your niche, which is all together going to make your site look more like an authority. This is what you want to try and become.

So first of all, the first step in this process is actually getting an article written.

Now, you can either write articles yourself or outsource. The articles don’t have to be four, five or ten-pages, they simply need to be one page. In fact, that is a requirement for this process, to only have a one-page article of 350-500 words at a 10.5 font size.

However, you want to make sure that you’re using content that’s beneficial to your customers and packed with good information, not just a bunch of fluff. Fluff just hurts you.

Now, here’s the cool thing about using information that’s actually good. Let’s say you have teleseminars, let’s say you recorded something – you know, all the fast ways of creating content, you can use that and chunk it up into pieces and create articles out of it.

I mean, how many of you have products that you could literally chunk up into small pieces and create articles out of all of those products?

So first, make sure it’s beneficial for your customers and second, you want to make sure that, at the end of every single article, there is some type of call to action, because guess what? If you’re not going to tell anybody to do something, what are they going to do? They’re going to do nothing. So you want to make sure that, no matter what, you’re always driving them to do something that you want them to do.

It’s always good to become an article writer yourself because you know the most about your own subject so obviously you’re going to be the best writer for it. But sometimes people aren’t good writers, in this case you need to find a great writer. So, I’ve compiled a list of great places you can go to begin your search at a reasonable cost.

Here are five places I go to get good content written for me: TheRealArticleFactory.com, TheGuestProfessor.com, ThePhantomWriters.com, Content-Writer.org, and then ArticleAuthors.net

If you haven’t started writing articles to grow your business start now! You’ll reap huge rewards for your efforts.

Matt Bacak

Articles for Your Products – Are You Giving Away Too Much?

Alright... so you have created an e-book but want to promote your book by providing some valuable information to your reader but still don’t want to give away good information for free.
So, the question I am commonly asked is:

“How do I write an article without giving away too much information that I could later put in a money-making product? Is there an art to doing this?”

My answer has always been no. This is more of a scarcity question. Actually, you put it in your article. What you want to do is you want to think of the word abundance, because what’s going to happen is the more you give, the more you’re going to get back. So don’t be afraid of giving away too much information in your articles. Although it may feel like you’re giving away your hard research information for free you need to realize that you are not.

Basically, if somebody reads your article and says, “Wow, this is absolutely something that I personally would never have found elsewhere! I can’t believe they’re giving away so much information in an article – and for free!” Then when they actually do consider purchasing your product, they’re going to feel like, “I wonder what I’d get if I buy something from them?” So you want to create that feeling of abundance in terms of the information you are offering them. They will feel that you are very knowledgeable but not only that, they’ll feel you are generous. This perception of you will help them gain your trust and they’ll want to buy from you even more.

So, if you are considering writing some articles. Make it good! Offer solid information that you offer in your book. Don’t hold back. The more you give to your readers, the more they’ll feel the urge to buy from you and only you – rather than from your competitor.

Matt Bacak

Blog for Rankings

When you create a blog it's a great way to express yourself and at the same time inform your audience what's going on. But it's also a great way to improve your rankings in the search engines. Let me explain.

If you want to get to the top because you're seeing your competition dominate you in your niche, it's time to take action!

So, let's just say you've submitted an article to an article directory site like ezinearticles.com but you were seeing someone else in your niche dominate you in the search engines. Well, it's time for you to knock them out of that top position and take over. How do you do this? It's simple!

If you want your article to appear at the top of the search engines all you have to do is blog that link! Basically, every article that you post to an article directory site like EzineArticles.com (which gets huge traffic I might add), you simply place a link to that article on your blog. For example, if it was www.Ezinearticles.com/adoption/how_to_adopt_a_child, because that's your niche, if that was your actual article, then you should go and blog that link. Whatever that link is where your article is located you blog the link. But just make sure when you do that you sound very natural in your recommendation for your visitors to visit that link. Whatever you do don't sound salesy or desperate to get the traffic.

Say something like: "Hey, check out these pages. I was doing a search on Google and I found these sites where people had posted information about me. I'm so flattered. You should go check them out." Basically what I did that for is not for people to go check them out – I really didn't care about that. What I did that for is so my sites would be pulled up higher in the search engines. So, when I did a search, I would be at the top of the search engines in my niche and my competition would fall in their rankings. This is an excellent strategy that has always worked for me. If you check out my blog at MattBacak.com you'll see several places where I've used this strategy... and it works like a charm!

So, go and find all the links out there that are indexed with Google. For any of your competition that has started to creep in on your space use this strategy to pull you up higher in the search engines. Your competition will have no idea what hit them ;)

Matt Bacak

How to Dominate Your Niche – Part 2

Now I hope you have already set up a blog and submitted your articles to your new blog site, your website and to article sites. If you follow these steps first you're off to a great start.

With those things completed I know you can get to the top with your keywords simply by doing the following:

Start a Squidoo Lense. Simply go to and basically take some of your articles and go and create a quick – what's called a lens. Create some quick lenses. Make sure that whatever keywords that you want to dominate for... use those keywords inside your lens.

It'll be really important when you're creating your lens to also give it a name that is typically used in your website URL. So like, for example, mine is "make money on the internet" or something like that. So my squidoo lens read as "squidoo.com/make_money_on_the_internet". So whatever I named it actually became part of my squidoo lens URL. Basically, whatever keyword you want to it to appear for, make that be your URL. Basically create a couple of those lenses for those domains.

The next thing I want you to do is I want you to go to MySpace. I want you to create a MySpace account and set up another blog. Now, take that same article and post it there. The reason for that is because your MySpace account is going to start taking over in that position to help you dominate your niche.

Now if you are launching a book and you've told your list or even if you haven't this is a good strategy to use... Let's say you've got your pre-release. Have your publisher go to
AmazonConnect.com and see if you can get your pre-release book out there. Now, once you've been on Amazon (once you have joined AmazonConnect), then you can have a blog on Amazon! This is really cool because now you can create your own Amazon blog. Talk about credibility!

Then I want you to take your same article that you used in your previous blogs and article sites and I want you to post it on Amazon. This is going to get you to start taking over those search positions in your niche.

In any event, simply find places that are highly reputable and start putting your information on them so that you can pull yourself up and start dominating your niche! I'm sure if you follow part one and part two of my articles on dominating your niche, you'll see how easy it is to quickly move to the top with just a bit of extra effort. It's well worth it!

Matt Bacak

How to Dominate Your Niche – Part 1

Have you ever searched for a high demand keyword in your niche in Google or any of the major search engines and realized that your competitor was ahead of you for that specific keyword? Yup, their search position was ahead of you so that means more people or going to their site instead of yours. Well, today is your lucky day because I have the formula that will take you to a higher position and move you further ahead. Now your page rank will be better than theirs! Sound impossible? Well it’s not. If you follow my fool-proof process, you’re sure to rise above your competition for the keyword in question.

The first thing you need to do is set up a Blog. Just go to Blogger.com and set up an account for that specific website niche you’re trying to dominate. The reason for this is that you want to come up as the first person to have written about a specific topic in your niche. This allows you to claim your content and will show everyone (even the haters) that you are the authority and came up with the content first since Blogger date stamps your posts. This will hinder any copycatters from stealing your information. However, by posting to your blog your content is also picked up faster by the search engines. This will help you get more traffic.

Next you need to take that same article you posted to your blog and post it to your website also known as your branding site. This ensures your content is on your site first before anyone else – even before they are picked up by articles sites. Since you have not submitted your article to be used again and again on article sites yet, nobody can steal your content since it’s branded on your site.

Next, you need to write articles. Articles are a great way to garner more traffic especially if you submit your article to big article sites like EzineArticles.com. Google loves this site because it gets a ton of traffic and provides good content. And if your article is posted on a high page ranking site like this google will boost your article to the top of the search engines!

These are the first steps you need to take to begin dominating your niche. In part two of this article, I’m going to give you more ways to help you take over top positions in your niche. So for now, implement the above tips and start your dominiche process now.

Matt Bacak

What You Need to Do to Systematize Your Business

When running an online business the only way to success is to have an organized system of steps that you follow in order to make your business run smoothly. There are many people who have successful online websites. But the reason they are successful is because their business is systematized. Granted there are those who fluked at their success but somewhere along the line they had a system in place and may not have even realized it.

If you already have a website but it's not creating the returns you had hoped for then make sure you have these steps in place for a smoother more profitable website.

1.Make sure you have an autoresponder in place to capture email addresses. This is critical! You need to build a list so that you can sell to them again and again. But having an autoresponder opt-in page is not enough. Go and log into your autoresponder. But make sure the autoresponder is working properly. Sign up yourself and test it to make sure your messages are going out.

2.Submit your website to free directories.

3.Monitor your Google Adwords. Test and track to see what's going on with your campaigns and analyze your results. Spend a good coffee day doing this.

4.Write Articles and ensure you have your niche keywords or the main keywords for your website sprinked throughout the content of your article

5.Submit your article to article directory sites like www.ArticleCity.com, www.EzineArticles.com or www.GoArticles.com.

6.Summarize your articles. Take those summaries of those articles and turn those summaries into emails. Start adding these informative summaries to you autoresponder sequence so that you have emails going out. I wouldn't just turn the summaries into short emails. Make sure those emails have a link that leads to a new website page with the full article. This will make it an informative website – basically off of your site. So, whatever your squeeze page is, dot com, forward slash, your site and then squeeze page article(s).

7.One thing I do is I would go look into my ListOpt. I would check to see – if the amount of people it says they sent me and the amount of people that I have in my autoresponder look pretty much the same.

8.Go in to your autoresponder list and see if there's any unsubscribers and delete them immediately.
9.Start writing your sales letter emails for your product. If you don't have your own product find affiliate products you can sell. See if your affiliates have articles and emails already pre-written that you can use to target your own list.

10.If you don't have your own product you need to create one as soon as possible. You can do this by creating a teleseminar. It doesn't matter if your list is very small (say 50 people) or very large (15,000 people). It's best if you make every mistake when you don't have that many people on your call. In any event, you can record it and sell your teleseminar as a product. You want to turn it into a product asap. You could even turn your teleseminar into a download that you can send out to your list to start building a rapport with them.

11.Look for those you want to do joint ventures with regardless of whether you have an established relationship with them or not. Place them on your potential JV list.

12.Make it happen! A great way for creating products and/or services – or to make money, is to create a day to launch. This ensures you commit and make it happen.

Follow these steps and you're sure to see great results!

Warmest regards,

Grow Your List and Your Traffic with Article Submission

If you have a website online you know the necessity of providing useful content for your readers. But did you ever think that the content on your site could be made into articles and distributed all over the internet to bring you oodles of visitors – more than natural SEO? Well, it’s true. If you can submit at least two articles to an article site per day, you’re on target to make more money by leading more visitors to your site.

If you plan to use this strategy, just ensure that the articles you are providing are helpful to your audience. Make sure you’re offering valuable information that will help them.

Here are some article sites you can submit to:

· ezinearticles.com
· submityourarticles.com
· searchwarp.com
· ezarticles.com
· articlebin.com
· articlebeach.com
· articlehub.com
· articlegarden.com
· articlesphere.com
· media13.com
· visiblecontent.com
· articlegeek.com
· articlewise.com
· articlejoe.com
· alumbo.com
· linkgrinder.com

Posting your articles to these sites are the first step. But you’re not done yet. After you submit your articles to these sites you need to repost these articles on your own website. After I post my articles to my site I post them again on my blog, my myspace page, my squidoo lense and my other Web 2.0 social networking sites. These sites get a ton of traffic and are already ranked very well by the search engines so it’s a win-win by posting there.

After that I summarize the article and add that summary to an email to send to my list. Basically, I’m making that summary message number one of my autoresponder sequence. The full article will be accessed when my visitors click on the link I provide in the summary email. I do this over and over again with all of my articles - offering solid information to my list to ensure they continue to read my articles. But the best part of it all is that I can make money by leading them to my articles that have Google Adsense on it. That way I can make money even from my customers that don’t buy the products that I am promoting. It’s a very clever way to make money and I think everyone should be using this strategy. If you’re offering good, solid information, it’s always best to ensure you make money off of the majority of your visitors – even if they don’t buy.

So, if you’re not using articles to further monetize your site and draw in extra traffic you should start now! The interest in articles will never subside. People love knowledge and they are always looking for a way to take advantage of the information given to them. There’s no better or simpler way than providing articles to your list.

Submit some articles and begin to reap the rewards … with a little bit of work.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

Other Methods to Get Traffic to Your Website

Besides writing articles and press releases, there other methods you can use to get traffic to your website. Consider the well-known online marketing strategy of linking. There are actually two common linking methods that are quite popular for getting web traffic. One is deep linking and the other reciprocal linking.

Let’s first take a look at deep linking. If you haven’t heard of the term deep linking it simply means linking throughout your website. You’re basically building a link that links from one page of your website to another. However, you’re not linking from the main home page to another page on your site, but rather you are linking from within your site to your websites main home page.

Here’s an example to make you understand this strategy completely:

So, let’s just say you have a site called www.yourdomain.com. Your inner page www.yourdomain.com/branding.html which in this case is also known as your sub-page... this would link to your main page www.yourdomain.com. So, you can actually link within your website back to your main page. This will help pull your website to the top of the search engines and gain more traffic!

You can use your sub-pages to let the search engines track you back to your main page. The search engines like this strategy and it really does work! This is an essential linking strategy all website owners should use to pull in more search engine traffic. Make sure that your sites linking structure does this as it has been known to rank websites much higher for their search terms. And you know what that means... Better search, more traffic, more money!

Another well-know strategy is trading reciprocal links. This is another great source of traffic. Although trading links with other websites can play a huge role in getting your site more traffic, it can also be a risky endeavour. Here’s why...
You have to be extremely careful about who you’re linking your website with. If the person whose website you are linking to is part of a link farm you will be penalized by the search engines. You want to be really careful about this because Google does pick up on these kinds of things. But trading links with regular website owners who are ethical in how they link their site to other sites is always a good way to make trading links work for you.

The one disclaimer I’d like to make is to always make sure that the individuals that you are trading links with does fit inside your niche. If you’re niche’s are unrelated it really doesn’t matter how many times you trade links. The search engines recognize bad link partners. No relationship means no traffic... A common relationship in terms of niche means good search - as long as your links are traded ethically. Remember, link farms are a killer for websites. Research your link partners and these tips should allow you to start reaping the rewards of your hard work!

Article Submission – Do’s and Don’ts

Many people ask whether article submission is a viable solution to bring more traffic to a site. Well, the answer is yes, if some conditions are met.

If your articles are not filled with enough good content you are probably not going to get as much traffic as you had hoped for. So try to submit only good quality content because this will generate a lot more views through positive feedback from other readers. The more interesting and informative your articles are the more people will actually want to know more of what you have to say and click through to your website.

If your goal is to sell something then you really have to be careful that your articles do not sound too salesy. Keep your pitch to a minimum. Instead, offer unbiased information about why someone might need such a product or service. Talk about its features and benefits and then offer a link to your site to learn more. Remember, people do not like to be sold to and reject anything that sounds like a sales pitch. The more you can relate to your audience and make them feel as if they can trust you the better off you will be. So give them something of value and they will reward you with their loyalty.

Another thing you want to do is make sure that your articles are broken up enough. Try to write shorter paragraphs so that your articles are more legible and easy on the eyes. Many people find it harder to read from a monitor to begin with, so the more white space you have in your submission the more reader friendly it will be.
If your articles are being rejected by the publisher, don’t give up on them. Look at other submissions that were accepted and try to duplicate their style and format. This may mean rewriting the entire article, but it will help you for future submissions.

Something you may want to consider if you keep having problems or you just don’t feel like writing is finding someone else who knows how to write articles and have them write for you. A couple of places you may want to consider is Workaholics4hire.com or Elance.com. However, with Elance you have to be more careful and make sure you find someone that speaks proper English, otherwise you will spend a lot of time editing their work. This, of course defeats the purpose.
In all, if you follow these simple pointers when you write your articles it should be fairly easy to see the positive results of your efforts.

Matt Bacak

The Importance of Text Links

When we view various websites we see often see various links throughout the pages like product links, home page links and keyword links. But the question is: does the type of link you have to your web pages place any relevance on your page rank? Well, the answer is unequivocally yes! Text links can drive your site to the top of the search engines if you are aware what keyword text should be placed within your links.

When submitting articles, press releases, site signatures etc., it’s best to not only place your actual website address domain in your hyperlink for example www.yourdomain.com. However, it’s best to place one of your sites keywords as a text link that leads to your website. For example for my website www.powerfulpromoter.com, instead of me linking to my site by exactly stating my domain as www.powerfulpromoter.com and pointing to my website, it’s best if I use keywords from my niche to help me rank higher in the search engines. For example, take the word “internet marketing strategies”. Basically, if I use these keywords to hyperlink to my site, I’m getting a vote from the search engines for the word “internet marketing strategies”. This vote will help my page rank placement. The more votes I get the better my ranking. By turning “internet marketing strategies” into a hyperlink to my webpage instead of just putting my URL, I’ll be increasing my page rank exponentially. The search engines are seeing the value in my site simply because I used a strong keyword from my niche.

Now you must remember that this is not only done for one search engine and not another. All of the key players use this ranking system for website placement. So, it doesn’t matter whether you are using MSN, Yahoo or Google - even smaller search engines like Excite, MIVA and others use this strategy in their “voting” system.

So, if you are submitting articles and press releases or even marketing materials that you are giving to your affiliates to help promote your products always pay attention to your linking strategies. Use this text link strategy to help increase your own page rank. Use this strategy in all of your promotional efforts and it will feed the search engines and in turn improve your search placement.

Being up to date and aware of what the search engines look for in a good website is essential to growing your business. Doing simple improvements to your website through keyword text linking can mean the difference between a top ranked site and one that doesn’t get noticed at all.
Take the time to be informed and do your due diligence and it will pay off in the end. Your business is worth it!

Matt Bacak

“The Power of Back Links”

What is a back link? A back link is when another website links to your website. These other websites have links that point to your website. You should build back links to your website because the search engines love back links. All the search engines view back links to your website as votes for your website. The more back links you have, the more votes you have, the higher rank you will get from the search engines.

While back links are important, not all back links have the same value. Some websites are more valuable than others because they have a higher page rank in Google. If higher page rank websites back link to you then your ranking will soar. So you could actually have less back links, but they are of higher quality.

You can use the free keyword tool at http://www.wordtracker.com and Google to help you find high quality websites. You will find hundreds of different keywords and how much traffic they get each day. Target some of those keywords in this list. Then take one of those keywords and type it into Google.

Look at the organic (free) listings that are in the middle of the Google search engine results page. These are the websites that people are looking for when they type in these keywords. Look at the first three websites listed.

Go to http://www.marketleap.com and use the link popularity tool. It will show you all the back links to the websites that you have searched on. Contact these websites to see if they will do a link exchange with you.

The goal is to acquire as many links as you can from the high powered websites. You can link other websites to your articles and Blog. Also include a link to your website in the bio of the article. Your articles will be all over the Internet and provide many back links to your website.
