Quick Ways to Make Money Online for a Newbie

For those who have asked me how they can start making money online immediately, I usually give out a few simple strategies.

One way is to first find anything you’ve got that you think is treasure around the house that you can sell online and I would sell it on eBay. That’s a fairly quick way to roll in some dough.

Here’s another thing you could do that would earn you some money pretty quickly. This could be a possible business model.

Google Adsense is a quick way for you to make some money online.  Go to Google.com/ads; on the right-hand side it’ll say “AdSense” and you click on there. You sign up for what’s called an AdSense account. Once you get approved for AdSense, they’re going to give you a code that you’re going to be able to put on your page, and with that code that you put on your page, it’s going to display ads on your website.

A great suggestion is placing Adsense on your article pages. But another great idea is having an initial opt-in page for visitors to sign up to receive information but then when they get their autoresponder messages, and they click the links you give them in the emails, you’ll lead them to articles on your website with Google Adsense. This is a great strategy to make some money even when you’re not making the sale because you’re capturing their names and you can sell to them again and again because you’ve already captured their name. You also know they are interested in your offer because they signed up in the first place. So, anytime somebody clicks on one of those ads, then you’re going to be able to make money off of every single click. So there are two sides of Google and I’m talking about the AdSense side.

Don’t forget the other networks though, as they can also make you some money. So, instead of using the Google AdWords network, you can use MSN AdCenter. What you can do is you can run ads on MSN AdCenter, which are these tiny little classified ads that are all over MSN. So you’d have your visitor click on a link, go to a page, and the page they go to would have AdSense on it. And the money you make in between is basically yours to keep. So you do pay for the advertising to do that, but it’s kind of like you’re making some money in between.

If you’re going to use this strategy, I would highly urge you to go to http://www.toppayingkeywords.com/ and find out which keywords are paying out the most. These keywords would actually have the highest payouts. Then you’d basically look at those and then create your site based upon those keywords, so that when somebody does click on your websites links, you’re going to be making a higher payout. Basically Google is paying you more for the click based upon that high paying keyword you’ve chose to create your website around.

Then you continue this process by finding keywords that are kind of related to those keywords and the niche you’ve chosen that are a lot cheaper over at MSN. Then you purchase some ads and run those tiny little classified ads for your site. Have them run so they go to a page, and on that page you have the AdSense. This is known as arbitrage and it’s pretty effective at helping you earn some money in a fairly short period of time.
