If you are starting a membership site, it’s not difficult to find JV partners as long as you know where to go and how to approach them. In this article I’m going to address the strategies that you can use to get JV partners to contribute their products to your membership site so that it adds value to customers along with beating out your competition. If you follow the tips in this article it won’t be such a difficult task after all. As long as you set up your process correctly.

One of the easiest ways to find joint ventures and JV partners is through attending seminars. Seminars are great because you can find people that talk specifically on a given topic. And if this topic is in your niche, voila! You’ve stumbled on something big! The people who speak at seminars already have the information on the topic you want to discuss in your membership site. But if you’re not attending seminars it’s difficult to access these speakers. If you do attend a seminar you can meet them personally. That’s always going to be the best way to do it because you not only save time, but you can add that personal touch and therefore establish the personal contact that you’ll need to get your speaker to say yes.

Once you get a hold of the person you want to cover a topic for your membership site, you need to let them know that you’re creating a membership site. Not only that but let them know that you’re looking for information that they can contribute to your membership site.

If you don’t have the time or funds to attend seminars there are basically two strategies that you can use to find JV partners. One is that you can go and you can search online. As you’re searching online and you find somebody that’s got a squeeze page or an opt-in page, then you’ve pretty much got a winner.
