I’ll warn you right now…

This email has NOTHING to do with Internet Marketing and if
you live outside the U.S. it probably doesn’t apply to you, either.

But with everything that’s happening in the real estate and
financial  markets, however, I feel I would be doing you a
disservice if I didn’t tell you about this.

Here’s the deal: It’s no secret that the real estate markets are
crumbling.

According to USA Today, foreclosure fillings surpassed 3 million
in 2008, a 81% increase from 2007 and a hair-raising 225%
from 2006.

Sounds pretty bad, doesn’t it?

Well it depends on how you look at it…

For those who panic, these times will be truly miserable. In fact,
you may NEVER recover. If you DON’T panic, however, and see
this time as the opportunity that it really is, you could come out
of this temporary mess (and I do believe it’s TEMPORARY)…

…SMELLING LIKE ROSES.

I for one plan to start doing more real estate investing THIS YEAR.

Maybe I’m wrong, but I’m a big believer in “buying low and selling
hi”…and I don’t think anyone would argue that right now is pretty dang low.

No, I’m not going to stop building internet businesses, but I am
going to use this time to diversify my income streams and if
you’re at all able, I think you should do the same.
