While many people go online and experience great affiliate marketing success, others flounder.  Why the difference?  Much of it depends on your motivation, focus and willingness to work hard.  One of the biggest problems with experiencing the success that you desire is wanting it right now – having no patience.  Many marketers have failed simply because they tried out a strategy or two, didn’t make money in one week, and gave up.  This is not the attitude you need!  It takes more than a half-hearted attempt to build a real business with affiliate products and services.

One of the most important factors when it comes to achieving great success as an affiliate marketer is focus and determination.  Of course, you need to find a profitable niche before you ever begin, but once you do that and have your plan lined out you have to FOCUS.  Try things; test the market.  See what strategies work best for you!  If you have a well designed site or blog centered on your niche and chosen keywords, you can then develop the best methods that work for you to send targeted traffic.  This may be writing articles, blogging, pay-per-click or social media.  When you find something that works, stick to it!

The degree of affiliate marketing success you experience also depends upon the presentation of your information and products.  Do you offer real value to visitors?  Is your content helpful and compelling?  If you appear to be a scammer or only interested in making sales, you probably won’t make many.  If you are a newbie, you might jump from one program or strategy to the next, which is very common and another reason for failure.  Focus on ONE thing, and work hard on it.  Do everything you know how to do to make it work.  Your success as an affiliate requires motivation and determination!  Don’t let anything stand in your way.
