Getting Content For a New Blog

If you’ve decided to make money online, one of the easiest ways to set up a website fast is to create a blog. There are a ton of different blogging websites available that allow you to set up a free blog. There are some places that will give you a free blog, and they are very easy to use and will allow you to have your first blog posted within minutes.

Blogs are a great way to also get started in affiliate marketing if you don’t have much money to spend. Even if you have no money at all, you can get set up almost instantly. But if you want to create a blog so that you can promote various niche related affiliate products for a commission, what’s the best way to get content?

There are several ways to obtain content for your blog. Here are some very good ways to create new content for your blog:

1. Write your own articles and post them to your website.

2. Interview Popular Gurus in Your Related Niche – Since you’re not the guru or the expert, my suggestion would be to become “the reporter” or becoming the publisher. Becoming a reporter is going to be a little more work. You’re going to have to interview people. You can find them on Google by simply doing a search online. Look for those sites that have squeeze pages and are building their lists. If you see sites like these, you’ve got a winner!

3. PLR (Private Label Rights) – buy pre-existing content or find pre-existing content on the internet. Now, pre-existing, as in you buy PLR, private label rights material. You can find stuff – and I don’t know if you know this, but you can go to Wikipedia. And it’s public domain information. You can go out and find public domain information or private label rights content, that you have the rights to use the material on your website.

4. Reprint Existing Articles – On your blog, you can reprint stuff over at article directory sites but giving the author the credit. But you could become a resource for things inside that particular market and make money that way. You can leverage other people’s stuff to make it happen.

These are four very good ways to create new content for your blog by using the knowledge of others. If you’re low on your funds, these are some very inexpensive ways to get quality content that will help you gain a loyal following, while putting a bit of cash in your account.
