			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>In my last article I mentioned 4 ways to make money online. There are several ways you can earn some income online or shall I say &#8220;an&#8221; income online.</p>
<p><strong>Here are three more ways you can make money online:<br /></strong><br />1.<strong>Make sales letters and sell them</strong> – If you are an accomplished copywriter and know how to produce words that sell, then you are in high demand. There are tens of thousands of products being sold online that need the right words to market them. If you are a writer who knows the formula for a successful sales letter then you can make huge amounts of money making your words profitable. And if you are a top writer you will definitely be kept busy as there are tons of online marketers that require your services.</p>
<p>2.<strong>JV Teleseminars</strong> – Joint ventures are a must if you want to perform in online marketing. Regardless of what niche you are in joint ventures can extend your list and your income in no time. If you make a partnership with someone in a market complementary to yours you can offer your product to their list and this could mean a lot of dollars in your pocket. Good partnerships speak volumes not only as relationship builders but also as money makers!</p>
<p>3.<strong>Continuity programs</strong> – If you offer continuity programs you can make money every single month. It also allows you to have a team of people selling your product which allows you to leverage your time and your money. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you have a strong sales letter there are many other things to can do in order to ensure that you make the sale.</p>
<p>Here they are:</p>
<p><strong>Pop-ups </strong>-  You can utilize pop-ups to make some more money. When your visitor is leaving your site you can have a pop-up window that comes up upon exiting the site that says something like, &#8220;Hey wait! Here&#8217;s more&#8230;&#8221; or  &#8220;But wait, I noticed you didn&#8217;t buy&#8230; You can grab it for this much money.&#8221; That also works. You can offer your product at a discount just to sweeten the deal. After all, it&#8217;s better to get some money from your prospect rather than none at all. </p>
<p><strong>Offer Financing </strong>- By offering a financing option, you give your prospect the ability to purchase your product in instalments to make it financially more viable for them. You could say something like, &#8220;I know this might&#8217;ve been a little bit too costly for you but what I&#8217;ll do is this&#8230;&#8221; Make them feel special and give them that sense of urgency like they better buy today since you&#8217;re offering this special discount just for them. They&#8217;ll feel as if you are going out of your way just for them. This is a sure way to gain the trust of your prospect. </p>
<p><strong>Sell on all of your pages </strong>- Sell on all your confirmation pages as well as on all of your thank-you pages that way you&#8217;re always placing your offer in front of your prospect thereby increasing the possibility that they will buy from you. </p>
<p><strong>Phone Your Prospect!</strong> &#8211;  If we&#8217;re getting somebody on the phone and we talk to them offline, well, guess what? What we&#8217;ll do is we will sell them something. We&#8217;ll focus on the high-ticket product first and then from there we&#8217;ll move our way down to the lower ticket items. You want to start with your back-end first. Think about what your back-end is and then work your way backwards. Start with selling them the $1000 item, then the $500 item, then the $100, then the $37 item. We want to get the most first before we move down our list of cheaper offers. You want to make sure at least to get something out of them when you&#8217;re on the phone.</p>
<p>Remember, every single sales letter has its own squeeze page and every single product has its own sales letter. You must capture as many names as possible and this allows you to market to your visitors even if they don&#8217;t buy initially. The follow-up emails will eventually and hopefully produce a sale. </p>

Ownership can only happen if you make a squeeze page. It is imperative that all of your niche website businesses have their own squeeze page aka opt-in page in order to capture your visitors. You want to capture your visitor’s names and email addresses in order for you to get in contact with them again so that you can offer them more products. You can even go a bit further and ask for their address to send them something in the mail. But this is usually done a bit later in the process in order to add that personal touch. A free giveaway that is considered valuable to your subscriber after they opt-in is always an excellent option at gaining more of their personal information. That way you can send them offers via physical mail which gives you a greater chance of having them read and respond to your offer.</p>
<p>However, you must remember, by building a niche site you are the expert and the master of your domain so to speak. Your visitors are looking to you for advice, support and assistance. They are serious about what they are looking for and your niche business should be as well. </p>
<p>Anyone looking for information online is eager for answers to their questions, that’s why they are looking to you for the answer. Once they find you and get to know you they can be very loyal customers. The only way and the best way to make them your customer and hopefully your lifelong customer is to contact them over and over again. The only way to do this is by capturing their personal information using an opt-in form. This form is the initial step in forming your company. Once you capture your customer’s information you have the key to wealth! As long as you market to them again and again and send them lots of good, solid information, they’ll be a customer for life.</p>
<p>Here are some other tips for making your squeeze page a success:</p>
<p>• If you’re using a background, the best colors to use on your squeeze page are a light grey or a white background.</p>
<p>• Black or maroon headlines I find produce the best results. So, make sure your sqeeze-page and sales letter pages use these colors for their headlines!</p>
<p>• Use good, professional direct response copywriting for your sales letters. Sales letter copywriting is an art form – a formula. And if the right formula is not used this can decrease your conversion rate. So, for top conversion rates, it’s best to have your sales letter professionally written by a results-oriented copywriter that produces high conversion rates for sales letters regardless of the niche.</p>
<p>If you follow these simple tips, you will definitely see positive results through your sales and your company will grow beyond what you ever could have imagined. Good luck!</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>People on the Internet aren’t going to stay on your website for very long unless you grab their attention.</p>
<p>Myth:  I don’t advertise because there are free ways to get something.<br />This is a myth because everything you do is advertising.  Whenever you try to get people to do something, you use techniques in advertising.</p>
<p>Therefore, copywriting is not about writing properly.  It is about selling.  The purpose of selling is to get the prospect to understand that the product or service will solve their problem.  This is the whole heart and goal of effective copywriting.</p>
<p>Exercise:  Find sales letters, ads, and websites that are effective and have been proven to work well.  Take these items and study them.  Physically write out the copy on the ad.  Why?  This helps your mind understand why the ad works and train your copywriting muscles to repeat this format.</p>
<p>Here is sample copy from “The Lazy man’s way to Riches:”<br />Most people are too busy earning a living to make any money.  I used to work hard.  The 18 hour days, the 7 day weeks. </p>
<p>But I didn’t start making big money until I did less.  A lot less. </p>
<p>For example, this ad took about two hours to write.  With a little luck, it should earn me $50,000 maybe $100,000.</p>
<p>What’s more, I’m going to ask you to send me $10 for something that will cost me no more than 50 cents.  And I’ll try to make it so irresistible that you would be a darn fool not to do it.</p>
<p>Another Version of the “The Lazy man’s<br />You think you’ve got problems?  Well, I remember when a bank turned me down for a $200 loan.  Now I lend money to the bank.  Certificates of deposit at $100,000 a crack…</p>
<p>The purpose of writing down this copy is to understand the rhythm of what is successful.  Find advertisements that are effective and write them out.  Note the rhythm and flow of the copy.  Note the choice of words and the images and feelings that they evoke.</p>
<p>The key is to not reinvent the copywriting wheel, but to model successful copywriting and adapt it to your niche, product, and service.</p>
<p>Tip:  People who are successful in copywriting have created the model for you.  Study good copy!</p>
