We've been having a debate about the "small business" industry being very fragmented, very slow to adopt new technology and not willing to spend much IT dollars. Lots of niche areas to explore so we're trying to determine the right viral strategy perhaps through a horizontal way. Would love your opinion/experience on what you see the IT spend being for small business (eg: $600/two years) and if this is changing due to either social media, consumer electronic devices or both.
