I also thought the same way about it when it was first released. My thought was "Wow - I live in a country club and now Google going to allow someone to park a trailer in my front yard." But, after thinking about it. We really need to learn to embrace it. It's the future whether anyone wants to hear it or not. We are moving to a time when more people want to be heard. Just look at the outcome of the presidential election. This will allow REAL marketers to create better products and hold them up to higher standards of service - and let the truely bad marketers be known. Plus, I think this will force companies to have better customer service policies which is excellent. BOTTOM LINE: "Fighting" it would be a losing battle! I appreciate your comments and thoughts.
