The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website – Step 1

The A9 process is something that we developed to make it easier for you to start generating more traffic. The name itself stands for “article” multiplied nine times. You’ll see what I mean in a second.

Content is what is going to drive you on the internet, so if you’re not putting content out on the internet, you’re basically wasting your time. Content is going to help you create an even stronger Google image, because there is more stuff out there that you’ve written about different subjects and also different topics inside your niche, which is all together going to make your site look more like an authority. This is what you want to try and become.

So first of all, the first step in this process is actually getting an article written.

Now, you can either write articles yourself or outsource. The articles don’t have to be four, five or ten-pages, they simply need to be one page. In fact, that is a requirement for this process, to only have a one-page article of 350-500 words at a 10.5 font size.

However, you want to make sure that you’re using content that’s beneficial to your customers and packed with good information, not just a bunch of fluff. Fluff just hurts you.

Now, here’s the cool thing about using information that’s actually good. Let’s say you have teleseminars, let’s say you recorded something – you know, all the fast ways of creating content, you can use that and chunk it up into pieces and create articles out of it.

I mean, how many of you have products that you could literally chunk up into small pieces and create articles out of all of those products?

So first, make sure it’s beneficial for your customers and second, you want to make sure that, at the end of every single article, there is some type of call to action, because guess what? If you’re not going to tell anybody to do something, what are they going to do? They’re going to do nothing. So you want to make sure that, no matter what, you’re always driving them to do something that you want them to do.

It’s always good to become an article writer yourself because you know the most about your own subject so obviously you’re going to be the best writer for it. But sometimes people aren’t good writers, in this case you need to find a great writer. So, I’ve compiled a list of great places you can go to begin your search at a reasonable cost.

Here are five places I go to get good content written for me: TheRealArticleFactory.com, TheGuestProfessor.com, ThePhantomWriters.com, Content-Writer.org, and then ArticleAuthors.net

If you haven’t started writing articles to grow your business start now! You’ll reap huge rewards for your efforts.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

The Best Days to Hold Teleseminars

Deciding on a day for your teleseminar can be a challenge if you’ve never held a teleseminar. But if you have held teleseminars the only way to know which days are best is to test. If you haven’t done that already, today is your day because I’ve done the testing for you.

Having run hundreds of teleseminars over the years I am well versed in what days work and which days don’t. So, what day of the week do you want to do your call? If you’re not sure let me help you pick a days that will produce great results.

Let’s look at Mondays! Mondays are typically very good at doing training calls. Mondays work best when you’re not selling anything. It’s strictly training. That’s why there’s a lot of training calls happening right at this moment, because training calls are really good on Monday nights. It’s not a really good sales night. Everybody’s kind of getting the flow of things and everything else, and it’s one of those days that’s not the best selling day.

Tuesdays on the other hand are great selling days. You’ll probably want to write that down.

Tuesdays are great selling days to do teleseminars!

Wednesdays are really good selling days also. However, there are some outside influences that can cause a lower turnout for Wednesdays. The big thing, especially here in the South, is church.

Thursdays are a great day to make things happen. That’s why a lot of people out there are doing telecalls on Thursday nights. That’s why I do them on Thursday nights.

Friday...I haven’t found Friday nights to be very good. I’ve never actually done one, but I don’t think they would be a very good turnout. Fridays are actually kind of really bad past 11:00 or 12:00 because everybody’s kind of leaving work or taking the day off. They are tired and the last thing they want to do is listed to a call. Fridays are usually relaxation days.

Saturdays are great days to do telecalls. I’ve found Saturday mornings are really good! Plus in the mornings you pick up all the people that never could get on the call during the week. Saturday nights, I haven’t really tested.

Sundays – I’ve never tested a Sunday. I choose not to do those on Sundays.

Once you’ve decided on what date it is, you should send two emails. So if I’m doing a Thursday call, I’ll send an email out on Tuesday and Thursday, driving them to the squeeze page. So I’ll have all these people coming in to my main squeeze page - the one for my niche.

Once you have them funnelled in there you should then send out a specific email to that list saying: “Hey, I’m doing a telecall, go here to sign up for the call.” They’ll go to the page, they’ll fill in their information and voila – you’ve captured their name and they’re ready for the call. But just remember that you need to include an email to the autoresponder sequence. Inside the email you need to give them the phone number and the PIN code for the call, so they automatically get it when they sign up.

Choose your date carefully and funnel in your visitors. As long as you take the time to prepare and organize how you capture the names of your visitors and choose a winning day, there should be no reason why your teleseminar should be unsuccessful. Proper planning leads to great results!

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

Divide Your Teleseminar into 3 Parts for Ultimate Success!

As any web site owner knows, and if you’ve read any of my articles you know that I am a big fan of teleseminars. But what many web site owners fail to realise is that there is a science to holding your teleseminars – a 3 step process. Let me explain...

What I usually do is divide the teleseminar up into three major parts. Now, the first part we have is before the call, the second major part we have is during the call, and the third major part we have is after the call. These are three key important parts.

Now, the first part is really focused on getting ears to phones. Your personal job is to get as many ears to phones as you can possibly get.

For the second part you’re going to want somebody to get on the call, such as a JV partner or someone like that to do some or all of the talking for you. You want to make sure that they have the ability to sell and to make you a lot of money, or you have the ability to sell. It’s really important to make that happen.

The next thing you want to do is make sure your merchant account is set up. I use PowerPay. I run everything through PowerPay. And so what I will do is – if there’s something happening in the background, let’s say I’ve got somebody else that’s speaking on my call. I’ll say, “Hey, let me know what your offer is? Do you have your offer online?” They will say yes or no. If they say, “Well, I’ve only done this offline at seminars,” then I’ll say to them, “Okay, well, tell you what, are you going to offer the same package that you offered at those events?” They’ll say, “Yeah.” I’ll say, “Can you email me over your order form, the exact order form that you would give people when you’re selling it from stage?” And they’ll say, “Okay,” and they’ll send it over. Basically, the reason I ask for that is because that order form is what I create and I set up inside my shopping cart. I want to make sure my merchant account is set up with my shopping cart.
But inside my shopping cart, I want to create an order form.

With the order form you can use what’s called a top html. And that top html is going to be saying the same exact thing as that file would that you would be handing out - the order form. So it’ll have, like – a lot of times people will say, “Yes, I’m ready to discover XYZ and save this much money with the following bonuses.” And then it’ll say Bonus #1, Bonus #2, Bonus #3, Bonus #4 or 5, whatever it is, and then a guarantee a lot of times. So you can have a special link, and this will be a link that the shopping cart will create for you, which when people go to it, will actually go to an order form where they can fill in their personal information like their first name, their last name, their email address, their phone number, and their credit cards information.

These are the first three things you must do when setting up your teleseminar. It’s a great process that has worked very well for me and returned huge results. I’m sure if you follow this three step process you too will see great results!

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

Teleseminars – What to Do First

A great way to keep your website visitors loyal is to offer them good information. Having expert interviews from those who are known in a niche is a great way to keep people coming back to your website. You could offer written interviews for your visitors to read on your website, but the best way is by offering teleseminars. What is a teleseminar? It’s a phone interview or seminar. Your visitors call a special number with a special call-in code assigned to that number and they get to listen to people talk about a particular topic.

Teleseminars are amazing tools to use in your business as it keeps your visitors engaged, allows you to look like the go-to person in your niche because you’re offering great information; but it can also make you a nice income if you choose to sell your teleseminar as an audio file or by having your visitors pay to hear the call simply because the information is not readily accessible elsewhere.

So, how do you go about holding your own teleseminar? Well, it’s a fairly simple task.

After you have someone lined up for your teleseminar, the first thing you want to do when setting it up is arrange to have as many lines as you think you will need on the call.

If you’re going to have less than 100 people on the call, you can use freeteleconferencing.com. If it’s over 100 people, I’ll typically use Eagle Teleconferencing. Also, I know some people who recommend Instant Teleseminar which is a phone plus web simulcast. However, I’m not too keen on web simulcasts also known as webinars. I prefer to strictly use a phone conferencing company only. The reason for this is basically, if you’ve got a lot of people on the call, especially when you’re trying to sell something, you don’t want to have people fiddling around with their computers trying to get them to work. You want to make it as easy for them as possible to access the call. Not everyone is good with computers which means there’s too many points of failure. This is one of my concerns with webinars.

The way I see it is you don’t want to use anything where there’s too many points of failure because this can affect your bottom line. The only thing that can possibly go wrong with a teleconference is if the phones or the lines don’t work on either end (this is why you’ve got to make sure you reserve enough lines).

In the end if you are running a website you should definitely consider how you can add teleseminars to monetize your site more. Teleseminars can make you a lot more money and keep your existing visitors as well as your new visitors coming back for more.

Matt Bacak

Squeeze into a Teleseminar – One of the Best Ways to Make Money!

If you have an online business, do not neglect the potential or possibility of offering a teleseminar to your list. Teleseminars are a goldmine for making big bucks online. But the magic is not only in the teleseminar itself, but in the implementation of your marketing to draw in people. You need to understand this first as well as know how to sell to your list to make it all happen.

So how do you draw in listeners? The magic is in your squeeze-page also known as an opt-in page. Once you capture your prospects names and email addresses through your squeeze page, you email this list and invite them to your teleseminar. Once people squeeze into a free teleseminar, then they land on the sales letter page. Even though you are focused on doing a teleseminar you must always remember to offer your audience something, and you do this by leading them to your sales letter page for your product.

But focusing on teleseminars as one of the ways you can monetize. The day you send your reminder emails and the date of your teleseminar is crucial. You also need to address the topic of your teleseminar. Make sure it's something your list would favour as really good information that they can't miss and can't find anywhere else. I typically send out emails, usually twice, so if I'm doing a Thursday call, I'll typically send out an email maybe on Tuesday night and then send another reminder email of the call on Thursday.

There's certain days that you want to do teleseminars. Mondays aren't really a good day to do teleseminars to make money. Tuesdays are really good days to do teleseminars to sell things. Wednesdays are really good too. Actually, you're going to have less people sign up but more people show up on Wednesday calls. Thursdays are really good days to do them. You're going to have a lot of people sign up but not as many people show up.

Just think about it. You spend one hour on a call and offer your product for sale and you can make a lot of money. I did three telecalls that did over a quarter of a million dollars in just three telecalls this year.

You can also partner up with an expert in your niche and do the call together and split the profits 50/50. I did a call with an expert and it was brilliant! My prospects signed up by adding their name and email address and then I led them to my sales page to purchase my product. This was a call that we did on Thursday. We sent out two emails. The content – I had somebody else take care of on the call. But basically, we ended up making about $65,000 on this telecall, and it wasn't me doing it. So, usually when you're doing telecalls and you have somebody else on there, you usually split it 50/50. I split it 50/50 and ended up making 32,500 bucks? Not too
bad for a one hour call.

If you're currently not using teleseminars for your business, start now. See what information you can offer your audience that they would like to hear on a call and go from there. Your options are endless and the amount of money you can make is unlimited too!

Matt Bacak

“How can you reach more customers?”

Using audio on your Internet website can boost your opt-in rate and bottom line. Up to a few years ago, trying to implement audio on your website was an arduous task. This is no longer the case. You can make your own high quality recordings and utilize them on your Internet business website. This can be accomplished in an easy and affordable manner. Audio is an exciting component that dramatically enhances the effectiveness of your website.

There are numerous ways to use audio to create money generating products. The learning curve is small. Don’t be afraid of audio equipment as there are easy to use audio packages available on the market today. Advancements in technology have made these audio packages extremely effective. Plus, customers perceive higher quality audio products as having a higher value. They will pay more money for products.

Exploiting the use of audio throughout your Internet business website can triple your opt-in rate and sales. For example, having audio that instructs people how to sign up for your opt-in list will snag many more customers then simple text. Another example is to have audio on your order form that up sells higher ticket items to your customer. Yet another example is to reuse content by recording it through teleseminars. You can sell these teleseminars as products.

You can create audio products within minutes. No longer do you have to sit down and write a 100 page book. This could take months or even years. Instead, you can talk into a microphone and record it. You can discuss your content much faster then writing it down and formatting it.

An audio version of your products will increase your profits. Many people prefer listening to a CD as opposed to reading a book. They can listen to your CD in their car. They can listen to it while they are cooking dinner and working out. This promotes flexibility for the customer. This leads to more sales. In addition, you can sell audio products for a higher ticket price and customers will gladly pay the increased price because they perceive the audio as having a higher value.

An audio version of your product will reach more customers. Many customers are auditory learners. They prefer, comprehend, and absorb more information through audio. Tap into this learning format and use it to your advantage.

Matt Bacak

“Rise to the top by controlling magazine content!”

Always seek knowledge. Don't waste time and money doing things on your own. Trial and error can be extremely costly, ruffle your feathers, and make you want to quit. Instead, seek out people that can analyze your business. They have an outside perspective that can recognize what doesn't work.

Find mentors and partners that can help you fix your business problems. Pay them for their time. Read their material such as their books, teleseminars, and courses. If you want to grow your business and keep your head above water then you can't be your own island.

If you want to stand out from the crowd you need to something very unique and different. You can't blend in with your competitors. If you don't have name recognition then customers will choose your competitor's products over yours. You need to utilize marketing tools in a specific, strategic manner in order to gain credibility and familiarity with your customers and potential customers.

What marketing techniques can you use to stand out? One example, you can seek out the cover spot of magazines in your niche. If you are on the cover of a magazine you will earn instant credibility. This credibility is a powerful tool that will enable you to rise above your competitors.

The key is to have control over what is written about you in magazines. If you leave the writing up to a magazine journalist then you are putting yourself in danger. Why? The magazine journalist has control. They can write what they want about you and often times it is wrong. Therefore, you should write the content yourself. This will give you control.

It is also critical to you don't sound like a salesman in your article. Why not? If you have a direct sales pitch then, by law, the magazine must have the word "advertisement" at the top of your article. This is detrimental to your credibility and people won't take you as seriously. They will feel that they are being sold to. This will turn away customers.

What should write about in your content? You need to give information about what you know. You need to teach your readers. Make readers feel like they have learned something from your article. Learning this information is perceived as high value. Customers will feel that you are not out to take their money. Instead, you are there to help them.

Can you incorporate any of your sales pitch into your magazine article content? Yes. You can do this in the bio section. Usually at the bottom of the article is a small box with your bio. Put your name and website in the bio. Also make sure to put a call to action in the bio. This call to action is your indirect sales pitch.

Matt Bacak

“Million Dollar Idea: The Learn Pod”

Million dollar Idea: The concept of the “Learn pod”. This is a preloaded iPod or Zen. It can be any type of media player that is preloaded. You can give the iPod away for free, but sell the content that is on the iPod. You can have a play list of all your audio content already on the iPod. This audio content would be the “best of” series of your audio.

What can you download onto the iPod? You can download your teleseminars, audio CDs, recorded seminars, etc. The list is endless. You can download all your audio content if you want to.

What do I do with the preloaded iPod? Shrink wrap the iPod and put it in nice packaging. The packaging should have a picture of you on it, along with your brand identity.

How do I sell the information that is preloaded on the iPod? You explain that the iPod is free and that people will pay for the content that is already preloaded onto the iPod for them. Explain that this saves them a hassle of buying all the CDs, teleseminars, and other audio content separately. Plus, you can include one year of free iPod updates.

How can I make more money from this preloaded iPod? You can sell accompanying text and video materials. You can sell new content in the future. You can up sell through your audios that they listen to on the iPod.

You can provide a robust amount of content by using public domain information. You can snag public domain information for free. IPods can read text files. So you can take a public domain work from Project Gutenberg, download it for free as a text file, upload it to your server, and then sell the text file to your iPod customer. These customers will often buy several text file books at once. You will have a huge directory of information that they can purchase a la carte.

You can make even more money by taking this public domain information and wrapping your own content around it. You can intersperse your experience, tips, and tricks within the content. You can sell this as a text file. You can also simply read this information and record the audio. This will let you sell the content as an audio. People will pay more for an audio version. So you can earn even more money from the same information. You could literally create your own library of text files and audio books.

Yet another idea with public domain information is to create several branches from one concept. Let’s say that you have the public domain information for “The Art of War”. You could sell just the main text, but you can also create sub branches of this original concept. For example, you could create “The Art of War for Golfers” or “The Art of War for Teachers”, and so on. Think of the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. It is a similar concept.

Guess what? The million dollar idea is not over yet. You could also interview experts in the field that your text and/or audio content are about. You can earn credibility through this association. You can create a la carte products that people can buy and download to their iPod. These interviews will enhance your content and please your customers.

What are the benefits of the “Learn Pod” concept? The benefits are numerous. All of your audio content will be in one place, the iPod. Customers can purchase audio content in the future easily. They can simply download new content to their iPod. Plus, many people want an iPod and this is a great way for them to get a good deal.

“The Million Dollar Blueprint Platform – Part III”

So you’ve accomplished the first 9 steps of the million dollar blueprint platform. Guess what? You’re not finished yet. Read on to find the ins and outs of steps 10-12.

Step #10: Prove there is an abundance of opportunity and profit potential. The one way to prove this is to say there are tons of people searching for you on the Internet all the time. Download the piece of software called “Good Keywords”. You can find out the number of people that search for your niche everyday. Give examples. Then your customer will start seeing dollar signs in their minds.

Give plenty examples of successful applications of your product, service, or system. For example, let’s say your niche is real estate. Tell customers that hypothetically your system showed people how to make $10,000 on every deal that they do. Let’s say that you did two deals a month. That is easy to achieve. This means that you would make $20,000 a month and $240,000 per year. But let’s be more conservative and you have 1 deal per month. That would be $120,000 per year. Then ask your customer to imagine how better their life would be if they earned this extra $120,000 per year.

Tip: Make sure to be as detailed as possible when you give these examples, especially real life examples of you or your associates. Give numbers. Give the niche type. People like detail because it helps them to better evaluate what you are talking about. Plus, more details are much more convincing.

Tip: If you don’t have associates that have real examples of success with your system then you can use common public figures like Donald Trump. Talk about how they applied certain techniques that are similar or the same as your system.

Tip: Don’t be salesy the whole time. Give some valuable content so there is meat in your platform.

11. Give examples of refusal to take the offer. Examples include profit loss, time loss, and legal problems. For example, if they don’t use your product or service then they might go into a deal and get sued because they don’t know what they are doing. Your product or service will help them avoid these negative side effects. You need to explain that people don’t know what they don’t know which could hurt them.

12. Important! Use scarcity and urgency. Disclaimer: Use these for good, not for the bad.
These should be in your presentation to be convincing. This will get people off their lazy couch and buy your product or service.

Examples of scarcity and urgency include:
- Limited Availability. This works well with bonuses. For example, you have a promotion for a home study course. You can limit how many of the home study courses you want to produce. For example, you could just make 500 home study courses. Explain that there is a limited availability so people are more likely to take action.

- Limited time. This works well on teleseminars. For example, “If you order before midnight you can get a discount..”

- For the first “X” amount of people, you’ll get a bonus. This will get people to buy your product as soon as possible so they don’t miss out.

Matt Bacak

“5 ways to be invited to Speak at Teleseminars and Events”

If you want to significantly increase your income potential from your Internet business then you need to step up to the platform. You need to speak to massive groups of people at teleseminars and events. This sounds wonderful, but how does someone get invited to present at these events?

There are several accomplishments that can put you on the program at the next teleseminar or event. Each accomplishment involves ramping up your profile based on your visibility, networking, and salesmanship skills.

Following are 5 ways to increase your chances of being invited to speak at teleseminars and events:
1.) Write a book.
This is a huge way to gain credibility and exposure. Doors will open for you when you are a published author. You will be asked to speak on radio and television shows. You will be interviewed in the newspaper as well. People will perceive you as the authority of the topic in which you write.

2.) Have high ticket products and coaching.
This shows that you are a high roller in your niche. Ultimate Gurus offer these services. Check out the product lines of the top Internet gurus. They offer services that are a few dollars to several thousands dollars.

3.) Ask!
You will never unless you ask and the worst they can say is “no”. Be persistent even if they say “no”. If you’re not persistent then you are nonexistent. Go to events and network with the big names. You may be surprised at how much you are offered if you simply ask.

4.) You need to be a skilled closer.
You need to be able to reel in sales. Take care of your clients and your partners. Demonstrate that you aren’t just babbling words for the sake of it. You have a clear direction and valuable product that everyone must have.

5.) Leverage your list.
If you have a great list then people will jump over hurdles to have access to your list. You are in huge demand which puts you in a great position.

The biggest keys are to have a list and to be a great closer. Promoters will promote you. You’ll be passed around the teleseminar and speaking circuits. It is a snow ball effect. You will be considered famous in these circles. Be careful, the Ultimate Guru understands that it is not about the fame, it is about the fortune.

Ultimate Gurus understand that speaking is a media. You speak to sell to and acquire customers. They know that teleseminars and events are an effective way to gain a quality following.

Following are tips that can help create a perfect presentation:
1.) Have a detailed list of all the benefits and features of your product or service. Let people know the value of your offer. You want to refer to these numerous benefits often.

Questions you should ask yourself:
What in the world gives you the right to talk about what you are selling?
Why in the world should somebody spend their money with you instead of the alternatives?
What is the cost for not taking action on your product or offer right now? For example, talk about how it is more dangerous for the customer to try to accomplish the task without your help.

It is very important to use hypothetical or real highly detailed examples during your presentation. Use testimonials if you have them. If you don’t have any testimonials then talk about the success of the strategies. Stress how much time and money a customer would lose if they didn’t use your product or service.

Use urgency and scarcity in your presentation. These two techniques should be used for good and with integrity. Tell them that taking action is the key to success. They should take advantage of the beneficial opportunity you are presenting to them.

Address the most common reasons why people wouldn’t take the opportunity to use your product. Show them how they can overcome these reasons.

Tell customers EXACTLY what they need to do to take advantage of your opportunity. Tell customers where they need to go, payment information, etc. Take time to explain it thoroughly so they are not confused.

These are the components of a lucrative sales presentation.

The Power of Copywriting

Too often Internet businesses chase trends instead of focus on skills development. The Internet will change and move much faster than you could ever move. Therefore, chasing each Internet fad that pops up could cause you to go in circles. To avoid this vicious cycle you need to ask yourself this question – Am I going to chase the ever changing technology on the Internet or develop core skills that will make me money on a consistent basis?

The correct answer is that you should develop core skills. What are these core skills? First, think of the adage that knowledge is power. This is not quite true. Instead, knowledge is “potential” power. Applied knowledge is true power. In other words, you should leverage your power to make money.

You need to work on skills that you can leverage. These skills are different from normal skills. Normal skills are skills such as Graphic design. For example, a web designer may have the skill to create a website. This type of skill is a “by the hour” skill. The web designer has to physically create new websites all the time.

In contrast a skill that you can leverage is one in which you complete the work once and are paid over and over again or exponentially for that initial work.

If you want to be extremely successful in the online business world then you need to master copywriting. (Or outsource your copywriting to a skilled copy writer.) Copywriting is a skill that can be leveraged.

Copywriting is salesmanship in print. When you write a sales letter you can use it over and over. You only have to write the copy once. A verbal sale, in contrast, is a sales technique that has to be pitched to each and every person.

Copywriting includes, but is not limited to squeeze pages, sales letter, emails, and Blogs. Copywriting is the foundation of all the money you make on the Internet. Copywriting can come from virtually anything including teleseminars.

How do you dominate your market? Provide the most interesting and relevant copywriting. You may think that you area is saturated, but a market is never saturated. Only uninteresting Internet entrepreneurs think an area is saturated. For example, you could send an email with a random subject line to hook in readers.

Unleash the power of copywriting and leverage the immense power it contains.
