“3 Reasons why Internet Business Fail”

3 Factors that Contribute to Internet Business Failure:
Failing Factor #1: People worry too much. People worry about every nook and cranny of the Internet and their niche. They overanalyze how to launch their product and run their business. They are perfectionists and try to think of every possible thing that could happen in their Internet business.

These people need to realize that business is messy and Internet business is no exception. Your business and product doesn’t have to be perfect, you just have to get started. Everyone deals with growth issues and makes mistakes. You just deal with these mistakes, learn, grow, and move on. If you don’t ever get started then you will never make any money. So get started now and skip the perfectionist tendencies.

Failing Factor #2: People think their product is the end all be all of their Internet business. This is not the case. The product doesn’t matter. It doesn’t matter if your first product is an eBook or a home study course.

Find a niche that fits your desires and there is a huge need for your services. Look for niches where people are making money hand over fist. Find a built in crowd that is hungry for your product no matter what it is. You can find out what people are excited about by going to forums and message boards in the niche. You can find out what topics and products are hot. Make and sell those products.

Failing Factor #3: People don’t find a method of marketing thinking and stick to it. Many people want to learn and know everything. They learn marketing techniques from every Internet marketer under the sun. They will find out a great piece of marketing information, get started on it, but then become distracted by another marketing method. They end up not following through on any marketing techniques.

Therefore, you need to focus your marketing experts. Seek out an Internet marketer that is credible. Study what they say and implement it before you incorporate any other marketing techniques. Your chances of success will exponentially increase if you follow through one step at a time.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“Do you have an Internet business model?”

If you want to take your business to the next level you have to do more than you are doing right now. This doesn't necessarily mean working harder. It means working smarter. You can work smarter by finding out what the Internet business leaders do on a daily basis. You need to find out what they have done that has worked and follow this model.

Many people think that if they have a website and eBook then they are set. They fail to realize that you need a business model for your Internet business. The business model does not simply consist of your eBook. Your Internet business model must include ways to market your product on the Internet, plan for growth, and include diverse streams of revenue.

How can you create an Internet business plan? Let's say that your first product was a DVD that you produced yourself. What do you do next? The first task is to find people that are rabid for your DVD. Find people that are interested in the topic that you cover on your DVD.

Also make sure that your audience has money to spend. This audience needs to perceive value in your DVD so they will spend money on it. To help convince your audience that your DVD is a great buy you can demonstrate what they will achieve and gain after viewing the DVD.

The next step is to not rely on your DVD alone. You need to produce additional products. For example, there are people that are interested in your topic, but don't prefer the DVD format. They may be interested in experiential learning. You could create a home study course based on the material in the DVD. This diversifies the range of products you have to offer. This range will earn you more money.

A major mistake that many new Internet businesses make is that they focus solely on creating eBooks. Their eBooks include topics that encompass a wide range of topics. Usually the topics are so different from each other that they won't satisfy their target niche audience. Instead, they can repurpose the information in their original eBook into products like DVDs, home study courses, teleseminars, and special reports. You will have a diverse product range that is of much more interest to your target audience.

Many people fresh on the Internet business scene also charge far less than they should for their products. For example, let's say you ask a budding Internet business owner if they should send their comprehensive eBook for $47 or $97. What do you think their answer will be? Most likely they will say that you should sell the eBook for $47 because nobody will spend $97. This answer is usually incorrect. Experienced Internet entrepreneurs know that people will pay $97 for eBooks.

The big wig Internet entrepreneurs know that you should sell higher ticket items because you have to sell fewer of them in order to make more money. Plus, you should also make money in the backend through up selling.

“How can you reach more customers?”

Using audio on your Internet website can boost your opt-in rate and bottom line. Up to a few years ago, trying to implement audio on your website was an arduous task. This is no longer the case. You can make your own high quality recordings and utilize them on your Internet business website. This can be accomplished in an easy and affordable manner. Audio is an exciting component that dramatically enhances the effectiveness of your website.

There are numerous ways to use audio to create money generating products. The learning curve is small. Don’t be afraid of audio equipment as there are easy to use audio packages available on the market today. Advancements in technology have made these audio packages extremely effective. Plus, customers perceive higher quality audio products as having a higher value. They will pay more money for products.

Exploiting the use of audio throughout your Internet business website can triple your opt-in rate and sales. For example, having audio that instructs people how to sign up for your opt-in list will snag many more customers then simple text. Another example is to have audio on your order form that up sells higher ticket items to your customer. Yet another example is to reuse content by recording it through teleseminars. You can sell these teleseminars as products.

You can create audio products within minutes. No longer do you have to sit down and write a 100 page book. This could take months or even years. Instead, you can talk into a microphone and record it. You can discuss your content much faster then writing it down and formatting it.

An audio version of your products will increase your profits. Many people prefer listening to a CD as opposed to reading a book. They can listen to your CD in their car. They can listen to it while they are cooking dinner and working out. This promotes flexibility for the customer. This leads to more sales. In addition, you can sell audio products for a higher ticket price and customers will gladly pay the increased price because they perceive the audio as having a higher value.

An audio version of your product will reach more customers. Many customers are auditory learners. They prefer, comprehend, and absorb more information through audio. Tap into this learning format and use it to your advantage.

“Create your own eBook in 48 hours or less!”

Did you know that 99% of all eBooks are created incorrectly? Too many Internet businesses have no idea how to create an eBook. They don't have the knowledge in order to take an eBook and create it the right way.

How do you create an eBook correctly? Look to a standard hard copy book for guidance. How is the book formatted? What is the layout? What content is covered? How are the topics structured? Use this as a guide to write and format your eBook. If you want your eBook to be perceived as a high value product then use the same standards as a traditional hard copy book.

Seek out the opinions and suggestions about your eBook from people that you respect. Don't just ask your family members. Ask people that have business acumen and an expertise level that you respect. You need an objective point of view. You need somebody to be brutally honest with you and will give you the straight up opinion about your eBook. Ask them to tell you how to make your eBook better and how to get it to stand out from the crowd.

The first page of your book is the first impression that your customer will have about the eBook. Your first page must grab your reader and wow them. If you neglect the first page then your eBook may be tossed in the virtual trash bin at the hands of an annoyed customer.

What content should you put in your eBook? Let's say that you wanted to write an eBook on acne. You might not be an acne expert, but have found a niche market for this eBook and accompanying products. You don't have to write acne content from scratch. Instead, you can compile information already written about acne.

Here's how to compile information and create your own eBook within 48 hours:
Step 1: Go to the Internet and type in the term "acne articles".
Step 2: Highlight the entire article including the resource box at the bottom of the article. Do this for several articles.
Step 3: Use the bio box to contact the author each article. Tell each author that you are writing an acne eBook and wanted to use their article. Explain that you will include their bio and link to their website. Therefore, it is free advertising for them.
Step 4: Craft the eBook by compiling the articles that have permission from the authors.
Step 5: Turn the word document into a PDF file.
Step 6: Your eBook is done!

Tip: Don't spend time thinking about your eBook. If you think too much then you will impede your process. You will complicate things which results in laziness and a resistance to finishing the eBook. If you can't compile and craft your eBook in 48 hours or less than you are thinking too much. Just do it and don't think! Don't overcomplicate things.

“How to create your first product today!”

Let’s face the facts. You are in an Internet business to make money. Yes, you also want a flexible schedule and to be your own boss. However, making money is your number one goal. So how do you make money in your Internet business? Where should you start? Keep reading to find out.

Before you can make money online you need to have a product to market. The product can be your own product or somebody else’s product. If you sell your own product then you can keep 100% of the profit. If you sell somebody else’s product, through an affiliate program, then you will earn part of the profit.

Let’s say that you are going to sell your own product. How can you create this product? The easiest way to create a product is to conduct a teleseminar. A teleseminar enables you to create content quickly and easily. You can provide information that you and/or you can interview experts on the topic.

Make sure to record the teleseminar. You can turn this recording into other products such as CDs, eBooks, and reports. Simply have a freelancer transcribe your teleseminar. You can garner far more value from repurposing your content. This is a great way to not only craft your first product, but also many products in your future.

Tip: Many people don’t modify the transcript of the teleseminar. If the transcript sounds exactly like the teleseminar then it can be cumbersome. Instead, turn your transcript into a book. Edit it. Go through and find spots where you could add more information. This will add value to it. Plus, people who listened to the teleseminar will find more value in the new information that you added to this hard copy version.

Tip: Your hard copy format should be in 10pt or 12 pt font. Spacing between the paragraphs should be 1.5 inches. Don’t make the formatting bigger just trying to get more pages. You should create more pages through more content, not through formatting. If you have a huge font and a lot white space then your product will look cheap and a result will be unhappy customers.

So get started on your first teleseminar today. You will be on your way to making money online in no time flat.

“How to Create an Information Product”

Everybody can create an information product in the form of an eBook, etc. You can accomplish this is in a variety of ways including:

1. Writing about what you know.

2. Interview experts and turn the interview into an information product such as an eBook, CD, etc.

3. Success by association. Find the most well known people in your niche industry. When you send an email about your product put these people’s names as well as yours on the same list. Subscribers will believe that you are an expert too since you are on the same list. This gives you instant credibility.

4. Create an eBook and PDF. You want both formats to reach more customers.

5. Create audio information products. Record your interviews, teleseminars, and presentations. Turn these into CDs and DVDs.

6. Many information products last forever. You don’t need to update the information. You write it once and sell it over and over. It is a great way for residual income that doesn’t require extra work. Especially, when you have affiliates market it for you.

What about audio products? Audio products are a great way to supplement your business income and are easy to create.

1. Visit your local radio shack. Look for a microphone and recording software.

2. Edit your audio files using “Cool edit” at http://www.cooledit.com

3. Duplicators. You can duplicate your content on CDs and tapes.

4. Use http://www.ifulfillment.com. They will send out your packages for you at an inexpensive rate.

Tip: You can repurpose your audio content by creating audio transcripts. You should take what you already have and figure out more ways to make money with it. For example, you can turn an eBook into an audio book. This will help you maximize the amount of money you can earn from the same content.

Tip: People are willing to pay more money for a home study course. So you can take the same content and put it in a three-ring binder home study course.

Tip: Up sell to your customer with additional products and offer value added bonuses all that revolve around the same content, but are presented in a different format.

Tip: You can outsource transcription of your audio files to freelancers on http://www.elance.com.

Tip: Teleseminars/teleconferences – These events provide a great deal of value to the customer. You can record them and turn them into an informational product.

“How to offer CDs and DVDs on a Budget”

Many Internet businesses sell intellectual property. For example, they sell a book, eBook, audio CD, DVD, or software. Selling intellectual property can be very lucrative. You can sell intellectual property that is in a digital format such as an eBook. You can have customers download the eBook directly off of your website.

Downloading a digital product is easy, but what if you want to send a CD or DVD to your customer? Many customers still prefer an actual CD or DVD. If you offer these products then you have to deal with fulfillment of packaging and shipping. You can work through a fulfillment company, but many fulfillment companies provide less than desirable services.

So how do you act as your own fulfillment company? Let’s say that you have digital MP3 audios that you want to put into CD format. You also have an eBook that you want to print and send as a hard copy book. You also are new to the Internet business scene and are on a tight budget.

The good news is that you can burn the CD and print the book yourself. Buy a CD and DVD burner program called “BravoPro”. BravoPro lets you burn CDs and DVDs quickly and easily. You can burn CDs and DVDs at your home. You can print out the CD and DVD covers yourself.

Tip: Don’t buy BravoPro off of EBay just to save a few bucks. If you do then you won’t have access to BravoPro support. So if your program breaks or you have questions about features than you are left out in the cold.

The next question is how to package the CDs and DVDs. You need a CD jewel case and/or a DVD case. Did you know that you can actually find DVD cases for free? Head out to your local Blockbuster. They often throw out DVD cases after a hit movie goes onto the regular shelves. So go to your local Blockbuster and ask them when they throw out their DVD cases. They will often be happy to give you the DVD boxes. Using the free DVD cases will save you loads of money.

Burning your own CDs and DVDs is fun at first, but after awhile you may want to outsource the job. It’s up to you. Just know that you can provide fulfillment for these types of products on a budget.

“11 Tips for Joint Ventures”

Law of Attraction vs. The Law of Action – Which is more important?
Both laws are important. Every morning you should focus on what your goals are and then take action.

One major action you can take is to set up joint ventures. There are a few things to keep in mind when you engage in joint ventures.

Joint Venture Tip #1: Make sure that if you give an interview for a joint venture that you are allowed to promote your product. Usually your joint venture partner will ask you if you want to promote your product. If they don’t then tell them that you want to.

Joint Venture Tip #2: Do a massive joint venture. If you want to get a list, money, and a product then you need the help of others. Reach and reel in as many people as you can. Remember, you can sell other people’s products and/or use other people’s lists.

Joint Venture Tip #3: Keep your website simple. Just have a squeeze page and a thank you page. At the end of the day, all you need to do is to capture people’s name & address. Then make money on the thank you page. Explain to your joint venture that your simple website structure will benefit you both with increased sales.

Joint Venture Tip #4: Create a product. For example, record your phone teleseminar, transcribe it and then sell it as an eBook.

Joint Venture Tip #5: Marketing comes first. One of the most important things to focus on is the offer. What are you offering? Why are you offering it? Then create the actual product.

Joint Venture Tip #6: Have joint ventures that have instant reciprocity. An example is to run a contest to attract people into your joint venture. If the joint venture partners can win the contest and earn cash then they will be more likely to want to create a joint venture with you.

Joint Venture Tip #7: Relationship building. Make sure that you network and build a relationship with your list. You can make more money if you have a deeper relationship with a smaller list than a detached relationship with a huge list.

Joint Venture Tip #8: Masterminding, networking, and mentoring. You need to seek out mentors to help you out.

Joint Venture Tip #9: You have to take action. You can get all the best information in the world, but you have to take action on it to see a difference.

Joint Venture Tip #10: Find your calling.
Ask yourself these questions:
What are you deeply passionate about?
What drives you economically?
What can you be best in the world at?

Joint Venture Tip #11: You need to take massive focused action. Decide on your goals. Set a date that is 4-6 weeks from today. This date will be when your product should be launched. Make sure to tell people about your date so that you are accountable.

Use these 11 tips to get started on joint ventures right now. What are you waiting for?

“Become an Expert and Maximize your Profit”

Did you know that you can become an expert by association? You can gain instant respect and confidence when you position yourself as an expert or associate with experts. Your business should emphasize your area of expertise or the expertise of the people with whom you associate.

You can employ a model that makes massive amounts of cash for your Internet business. This business model should be portable. For example, you can earn money while out of town attending a seminar. A way to achieve this would be to conduct a teleseminar in your hotel room at the seminar.

Your business model should conduct extensive testing on the Internet. It should be based on multivariate testing which tests several business factors at once. This testing may be comprehensive, but the business model itself should be simple in nature. Therefore, it should be powerful and simple at the same time.

Tip: One way to become associated with experts is to interview them. For example, you can interview a new marketing expert each week for your Internet marketing business. Then you can sell an accompanying product each week. This can be the basic idea of your business model.

This basic business model works well especially if you don’t have a list or money to advertise. So you have all experts promote you and your product each week.

Tip: Write all of your ideas down. Figure out which idea can make you money the fastest. Take one idea and only focus on that until it makes you money. It should make you money within 30-45 days.

Tip: All you need is a simple website – just a squeeze page and a thank you page. The squeeze page grabs their email address to build your list. The thank you page builds a relationship by thanking the person for their information.

Do you know about and utilize integration marketing? Integration marketing is one of the most overlooked, yet most powerful types of marketing.

Example of Integration Marketing:
Three things to tell people to do when they opt-in to your list:
On the “thank you” page -
#1: “White list this email address.”
#2: “Get ready to be excited!”
#3: “Do your homework. Download the “such and such” eBook from my website right now.” (When a person opts-in to your email list it is the only time you will have 100% of their attention.)

Tip: Keep people responsive by sometimes selling things and sometimes giving things away on your thank you page.

Tip: You’re lucky if you get 20% of people attend a teleseminar from the number that signed up.

Follow these integration marketing techniques to maximize your sales. You can accomplish integration marketing through a simple website.

Matt Bacak

3 Hot Tips on the Fastest Way to Make Money on the Internet

Are you new to the Internet business world? Are you inundated with conflicting information regarding Internet marketing? Do you want to learn the secrets of making money quickly online? If so, then you are not alone. Many have been in your shoes before and have waded through the information.

Following are answers to various questions that plague both new and old Internet entrepreneurs alike.

Question #1: What are the fastest ways a newbie can make money on the Internet? Especially for a newbie that needs to get out of debt?
You need to have either a subscriber list or product or both before you can start making on the Internet.

If you have a list, but no product then you can promote and sell other people’s products. For example, you can go to http://www.clickbank.com and became an affiliate of their various digital products. Clickbank.com has a well established affiliate program in place. Sign up as an affiliate and send an email to your list. Sending emails to your list is quick and virtually free. It is a great way to bring in quick money.

If you have a product to sell, but no list then you should set up a joint venture with someone that has a list. The list should contain subscribers that would be interested in your product. Your joint venture partner will promote and sell your product by sending an email(s) to their list.

Question #2: I receive a great deal of information about Internet marketing. This conflicting information has me confused. Who should I listen to?
There are several legitimate and successful Internet marketers out there that you should listen to. However, there exist Internet marketers that are out to take your money. You should always look for proof of success from the Internet marketer in question. Are they really making the money they claim? Find references that can back up their claims.

It is important to note that the big marketers usually hang out together. You will often see the successful big names in the same circles. However, there are thriving Internet marketers that work discretely underground. These Internet marketers may be running their business for fun and want to educate other people about it.

Also make sure to learn from somebody that makes a lot more money than you!

Question #3: I have an eBook and list. How often should I market this eBook to my list?
It is up to you, but once a month at a bare minimum. Make sure that when you offer the eBook that you also offer other items for purchase. This helps to get your list used to you offering them something and can lead to increased sales. The key is to promote more than one product at a time.
