The A9 Process of bringing more traffic to your website – Step 4

As a continuation of the A9 Process we use at http://DirectHorizonInc.com you will begin to see huge turnaround for your business. But to stay on track let me continue to tell you what else we do in step 4 of the A9 Process. Now, once we have your article made into a press release, submit it as a press release and taken it to the article submission websites, we're now going to take your article and move into yet another media.

We're actually going to turn it into a video! That's pretty cool ... Now, I want to let you know a little bit about video upfront. First of all, video is not like this catch-phrase, you know, this thing that's going to go away. Video is here to stay! Some people don't realize the power of video. It is huge!

If you don't believe me, just go look on Google and search for how much Google paid for YouTube. That's all you've got to do. If you don't trust me, trust Google. They know what they're doing, obviously.

Video is going to literally change the way that the internet is run.

So, what we do is we actually take your article. We have a professional voice-over person read your article for you, and then we turn it into a video where we have different slides, you know, about three to five key points in your article, to give it kind of that interactive feel. This will give people something to watch that's entertaining and also the content is repurposed into something totally different. Now, a cool place to go, if you wanted to learn how to do this on your own, you can check out InternetVideoGuide.com/direct. It's a great resource.

We use Sony Vegas Movie Studio to do this with, and it's a really, really cool program. It's about $97 and it's so robust – it's literally the same program that was in a video program that we used to use in a recording studio that we had that was, I think over $25,000.

So, it's just a really, really cool, easy to use program. None of this stuff is rocket science. On the site, he's got all kinds of training on how to do this yourself using the Sony Vegas Movie Studio and also some other things that'll show you how to, build these type of videos. But it's really, really easy stuff. There are also examples of videos that have been created to give you a better idea of what type of quality you can expect.

You can also go to YouTube right now and search my name - Matt Bacak. You will find numerous examples there.

For complete notes on the A9 process, you can visit our PDF page at DirectHorizonInc.com/notes.pdf.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“How to Create an Information Product”

Everybody can create an information product in the form of an eBook, etc. You can accomplish this is in a variety of ways including:

1. Writing about what you know.

2. Interview experts and turn the interview into an information product such as an eBook, CD, etc.

3. Success by association. Find the most well known people in your niche industry. When you send an email about your product put these people’s names as well as yours on the same list. Subscribers will believe that you are an expert too since you are on the same list. This gives you instant credibility.

4. Create an eBook and PDF. You want both formats to reach more customers.

5. Create audio information products. Record your interviews, teleseminars, and presentations. Turn these into CDs and DVDs.

6. Many information products last forever. You don’t need to update the information. You write it once and sell it over and over. It is a great way for residual income that doesn’t require extra work. Especially, when you have affiliates market it for you.

What about audio products? Audio products are a great way to supplement your business income and are easy to create.

1. Visit your local radio shack. Look for a microphone and recording software.

2. Edit your audio files using “Cool edit” at http://www.cooledit.com

3. Duplicators. You can duplicate your content on CDs and tapes.

4. Use http://www.ifulfillment.com. They will send out your packages for you at an inexpensive rate.

Tip: You can repurpose your audio content by creating audio transcripts. You should take what you already have and figure out more ways to make money with it. For example, you can turn an eBook into an audio book. This will help you maximize the amount of money you can earn from the same content.

Tip: People are willing to pay more money for a home study course. So you can take the same content and put it in a three-ring binder home study course.

Tip: Up sell to your customer with additional products and offer value added bonuses all that revolve around the same content, but are presented in a different format.

Tip: You can outsource transcription of your audio files to freelancers on http://www.elance.com.

Tip: Teleseminars/teleconferences – These events provide a great deal of value to the customer. You can record them and turn them into an informational product.

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“Do you know the answer to these 4 questions?”

Internet businesses encounter a variety of business situations every day. For example, you have to know how to use your software, how to promote your business, and how to save on taxes. You will make hundreds of decisions each day. You will also encounter problems and questions no matter how efficient your business is. Knowing the answer to problems and questions can mean the difference between a profit and a loss.

Following are a wide variety of common questions many Internet businesses face. These questions are all over the board, which is a great representation of the questions you will have to deal with in your business.

Question #1: I use an Autoresponder. For some reason, my Autoresponder is sending duplicate messages causing me to lose subscribers. Why is the Autoresponder sending duplicate messages?

Answer: You may be putting your email messages in both the text side and the HTML side of the Autoresponder. If you have email in both places then it will send out duplicate content.

You can check this by opening up your Autoresponder and looking under the “Properties” feature. Check to see if you have the email set to “text”. Remember, you want to send your emails as text. Click “save” to save this setting.

Next go back in to where you place your email messages. Make sure that you have placed your email messages in the “text” area only.

Question #2: On my Internet business website should I post articles in full rich HTML text as opposed to PDF format?

Answer: Post your articles in full rich HTML format. Avoid the PDF format because search engines can’t read PDF content. The search engines recognize that it’s a PDF, but they can’t actually read it. You can offer a link to download an HTML article in PDF format if you want, but it is not necessary.

Question #3: Should you post articles on your branding site or on your squeeze page?

Answer: You can put one article on your branding site. You can also put an article on your squeeze page. Think about it. When traffic is driven to your website they are driven to your squeeze page. The article on your squeeze page is more of a benefit to your subscribers than it is to being picked up by search engines. It will help build a relationship with your subscribers from the get-go.

Question #4: What equipment should I use for burning CDs, DVDs, and making labels?

Answer: A great program is “BravoPro” which burns DVDs and CDs. It also creates the labels for you. Make sure to purchase the add-on that lets you burn more CDs and DVDs at one time.

For packaging you can buy items at Office Depot to begin with. This helps you determine which size packaging, etc, works for you. Once you have figured out what packaging is best then you can order in bulk. You can then find a supplier that is cheaper than Office Depot and order in bulk.
