Best Ways to Network and Joint Venture

I always say this and I truly believe that going to networking type seminars are one of, if not, the best ways to find joint venture partners. That is not to say that other methods aren’t effective, but even in this day and age, nothing beats face-to-face communication.

Through my participation at the last Big Seminar I met a number of great contacts and joint ventured with five of them. These partnerships have netted me a quarter of a million dollars so far. So, you tell me if this method is effective!!

I get a number of people telling me that they can’t really afford the time and expense of travelling to different networking events, especially if they have to travel half way across the country to get to them.

I totally understand this and I was definitely of the same mindset years ago, but I realized that in order to take the “next step” in my internet marketing journey, I had to surround myself with like-minded people to keep the entrepreneurial juices flowing. I too struggled with the costs of some of these events, but sometimes you just have to bite the bullet and take a chance. Sure, not everything that you attend may be great, but if you never attend any you may never know how much more financially successful you could be.

Every business that anybody starts has costs associated with it. Of course some are more than others, but you get my point. However, if you are spending your limited financial resources on things that have the potential to catapult your income, I would say that you are probably making a wise investment.

It is no different then paying to go to college or university, except the contacts that you can probably come out of a networking event with, can have an immediate impact on your future

“6 Massive Benefits of Attending Seminars”

What are the massive benefits of attending seminars?

Seminar Benefit #1: You learn new techniques. You can meet and learn from the Internet gurus in a face to face setting. You may already know some of the information presented at the seminar, but if you learn just one new nugget or idea that will help you in your Internet business then the seminar was worth it.

Seminar Benefit #2: You will realize that there are things you didn’t know that you didn’t know. You will listen to speaker bring up topics that you haven’t thought of. You will listen to fellow seminar attendees talk about problems that you haven’t encountered, at least not yet. You can learn from their mistakes.

Seminar Benefit #3: You can figure out how to solve problems from your fellow seminar attendees. People at seminars want to help each other. They will discuss the problems they have been plagued with in their Internet business and how they solved them. They are happy to help you through any problems you have. You should also be generous with your suggestions as well.

Seminar Benefit #4: You can set up joint ventures and build relationships during off times. You can network during the meals and after hours. People will trust you more, and vice versa, when you meet in person. You can discuss possible joint ventures in a productive setting. Meeting in person in this manner always trump sending emails and calling potential joint venture partners on the phone.

Seminar Benefit #5: You are energized after seminars. You network with people who could be potential joint venture partners. Plus, you hang out with people that are like you. They have the same goals, deal with similar problems, and want to build relationships with you.

Seminar Benefit #6: Seminars are an excellent investment in your Internet business future. Nothing compares to talking with Internet entrepreneurs face to face. You can absorb and learn far more information during a seminar than you can simply reading books. You can network like crazy.

“Reprogram your Mind to Achieve your Goals”

What are the goals for your business? How many products do you want to sell? How many new customers and contacts do you want to make next month? Take time to think and write these goals down. What is stopping you from achieving these goals? No matter how you word it most people don’t achieve their goals because they worry. Plus, they don’t utilize the power of attraction.

What is the power of attraction? The power of attraction consists of purposeful actions and mindset that attracts the things you want to you. It means putting your concrete goals and wants out into the universe. With these goals out there, the universe will respond by sending what you want your way.

One of the most effective ways to utilize the power of attraction is through networking. For example, let’s say you go to a conference and you are looking for a business book that was written years ago. You want a copy of that business book. You can send around your business card that has this request on it. You will most likely find somebody that has that business book or know somebody that has it. Plus, you have given them a way to contact you.

Now let’s look at the goals and desires you set versus what you should expect to attract. Many people ask the following question: What’s the balance between realism and unlikely expectations? For example, getting out of $40,000 debt in a week is a miracle. Whereas, taking a year is more realistic. It depends on your beliefs. Some people believe that they can get out of debt in just minutes if they believe they will. We are in a belief driven universe. Adjust your goals so you’re comfortable with it. Find a barometer that fits with your expectations, but leave room for exciting expectations.

It has been said that we are programmed at birth for certain belief systems that are limiting. Examples include: “My mother said only poor people went to Heaven. My father said only criminals were wealthy. My parents said I had to grow up to be a success or I would end up being a charity case.” You need to be able to attract the wealth you want instead of fearing it. You need to resolve the old issues and put in new programming.

So do you always have to write down your goals and desires? No, you don’t have to have a step by step plan, but instead have a clear intention out there in the universe. Take inspired action and only inspired action. For example, you are inspired to make a phone call or go to a particular bookstore. This sets the power of attraction wheels in motion. The key is that you have to have the faith that you are going to get to that intention you desire.

“The Power of Attraction”

The power of attraction concept has become very popular in recent months. The power of attraction is a mindset that you can have things attracted to you if you take the right steps. For example, if you change your mindset from worry to confidence then you will attract the things you desire. Another example is to let your desire be known and send this information out into the universe. The universe will respond by sending the things you desire your way. Many people believe that this concept is extremely powerful.

Are you looking for ways to improve your business? What specifically do you desire? Do you want to make more contacts? Do you want to earn a higher income each month? Begin by writing down the things that you desire. For example, you might want to earn $10,000 per month. Then set a goal a little higher than this amount. For example, make your goal $15,000 per month. Believe that you can achieve this goal each month. Set your mind on a positive path.

In other words, look for the impulse that comes from within and act on it. You have planted a seed within yourself. Your job is to act on the signals from this seed. Those actions will set you in the direction of your dreams and intentions.

Here’s an example of the power of attraction at a conference. There are hundreds of people at the conference. They were instructed to get out 3 business cards. On the back of the first card, they were to write down something they wanted that someone on this planet can provide. They had to be specific.

For example, they are looking for a particular product or person. The power of attraction dictates that they can find somebody in the room that has what they are looking for or know someone who does. They repeated the process with the two other business cards as well. They have planted their order in the universe because these people wrote their desires down.

Here’s another example. One man wanted to talk to the famous business man Richard Branson. This man thought about it in the airport and suddenly a magazine article about Richard Branson appeared to him in the airport gift shop. The man now has a chance to contact the author of the magazine article so he can eventually meet Richard Bronson. This shows the power of attraction and networking. This also shows you that your desire can come to you in some surprising way.

Follow this exercise and get your desire out in the universe. They may just come true.
