Teleseminars: Communicate with Your Visitors

Holding a teleseminar takes patience, planning and true professionalism. If you are holding a teleseminar always remember to communicate thoroughly with your audience. What I mean by “thoroughly” is don’t only send them email message reminders, but also give them a call. As long as your opt-in form has an area where they can enter their first name, email address and phone number, you’re good to go! By giving your visitors and prospects a call you are personalizing your contact with them. You’re making them feel special and they are respecting you not only as an authority but also as a very professional and trustworthy individual that in the end they’ll feel comfortable giving you their credit card information to “make the sale”!

So, if you’ve read any of my past articles on teleseminars, you know I strongly recommend voice mail blasts. That’s right. Calling your prospect and confirming the teleseminar details is a sure way to increase your call-in numbers. What you do with voice blasts is you’ll call your opt-in visitor an hour in advance, then a half an hour before the call and then send them a quick email fifteen minutes before the call giving them the call-in details. You will reconfirm the details you’ve already messaged them in your voice mail blast. Your email should sound something like this:

“Hi, here’s the phone numbers again and I just wanted to let you know, I’m on the other line waiting for you. Now that you have the phone in your hand, it’s going to be pretty easy for you to dial in.” Something to that.

They’ll think that you’re organized and professional and they will value your reminder messages to them. Remember, your JV speaker on the call is most likely going to sell something to your audience. But make sure you sell at the end of the call.

What I usually do at the end of the call with my JV partner is I will give the speaker the URL to drive everybody to. I do this so that they can go through and order from the location that I want them to – that’s the location associated with this particular JV’s teleseminar. I also may set up a voice mail that’s specifically designed for them, for – basically, what that offer says online when the people go to it. I’ll also have a voice mail that says that same exact thing to get people to go there, too. I’ll ensure that everything is set up so that all the money comes to me first. This ensures I keep track of the sales being made. I get access to the money because this is my teleseminar and my list.

After we do that, then the last thing is, I pay my JV partner 30 days out. It’s a 50/50 split on all the deals that I do. I suggest you do the same because you need to make this a win-win for both you and your JV partner. Afterall, all they had to do was talk for an hour and make thousands of dollars in return. It’s a pretty sweet deal. You too can make deals like this if you only set them up and just make it happen!

“How do you view money?”

Why do you think the thoughts you think? Why do certain triggers give you specific thoughts? You are programmed to think the way you think. It is based on the program installed in you from an early age. You think that you are making your own choices, but really you are making choices based on what you learned in the past. There is nothing wrong with this as long as it is supportive of your happiness and wealth. Unfortunately, most of our previous learning does not lead to wealth because most of us are not rich.

Think about your parents. How did they view money? What did they tell you about money? Did they live paycheck to paycheck and feel helpless about money? Did they think that rich people were evil? Think about all the lessons and perceptions about money that you were taught growing up. You will find that these lessons and perceptions are ingrained in your subconscious. They have been programmed and installed into your brain’s hard drive.

But, wait. You might be exactly the opposite of your parents when it comes to money. Perhaps your parents were broke so you decided from a young age that you were going to make money. You would do everything you could to make money. This type of person makes money, but they have a major problem. They made the money based on fear. This fear often makes it difficult for them to enjoy their money.

Other reasons to make money include anger and the need to prove other people wrong which are also tricky when it comes to actually making money. People find that they often make the money they wanted to, but still aren’t satisfied.

Besides verbal programming, what other ways are you programmed to think about money? There are two other ways which include modeling and specific instances.

Modeling – This is what you saw about money when you were young.
Specific instances – This is what you experienced about money when you were young.

You have to reprogram your inner financial blueprint. You have to remove the past feelings about money that revolve around anger and fear. You need to focus on what you want. Don’t focus on what you don’t want. If you focus on what you don’t want, then that is going to happen. This applies to your life in general.

For example, let’s say you are late for work. You will focus on what you don’t want which is arriving to work late. What happens? You get stuck in traffic and you are late to work. You focused on what you didn’t want and that is what happened.

Change your thoughts and you will change your results. Focus on success and you will achieve success.

“No Technical Skills? No Problem!”

One of the biggest issues people have about Internet businesses is that they don’t think they have the necessary technical skills. For example, they don’t know how to create a website. They are technically challenged. They use this as an excuse to not start and Internet business.

Guess what? You don’t have to be technologically savvy to start, run, and revel in the money of an Internet business. Why not? You can outsource the technical aspects to freelancers. It will be cheaper this way and less of a hassle.

How can it be cheaper when you spend money on freelancers? Think of it this way. How much is your own time worth? If you were paid per hour, how much would you be paid? How many other tasks do you have to deal with each day? Which tasks earn you more money than others?

You will find that you are theoretically paid more per hour than the freelancer. So if you worked on creating the website you take away time from your other duties. The duties you don’t have time for would earn you more money. So outsource the technological tasks to a freelancer so you can focus on higher money generating duties. You will earn more money this way by freeing yourself up for more important tasks such as networking and joint ventures.

If you do have some technical ability it can be advantageous though. So don’t ignore your technical skills completely. For example, you may be able to set up a website quickly. A benefit of building your website yourself is that the website will meet your needs and expectations. You may be picky and/or have a certain vision. So if you build your website yourself then it may be done faster.

You may just simply like working on technical tasks. If you do then by all means work on the technical aspects. Just make sure to keep track of where you focus should be as far as money generating tasks.

So don’t worry if you don’t know how to set up your servers, build a website, and other technical tasks. You can outsource these tasks to experts. You will earn more money this way, save time, and avoid headaches.

“This way of talking can be the difference between success and failure.”

If you think about it, your thoughts turn into your language. Your language turns into action, and your action turns into results. You may have heard that before and most people say, “Oh yeah, I might know that.” But, here’s the deal: there are two different types of language people use. I want you to be aware of this and aware of how you use language.

Some people have Indecisive language…. They are saying things to themselves right now like, “Well, I already know this stuff.” Well, maybe you have heard something like this before, but it is very important that you understand it. So here is the kind of words or phrases that indecisive people say: “I’ll try to do it.” “I may do it.” “I might get around to it.” Here in the South, we might say, “I’m fixin’ to.”

That’s indecisive language, and that’s going to stop people from getting into Action to get the Results they want. What you want to have is Decisive language. You want to be thinking and saying, “I will do this. I must do this.” You will often hear me say, “I will make that happen.” This is an example of me using decisive language. You want to have those types of words coming out of your mouth. Not only coming out of your mouth, but also coming out of your head.
You have to have this mindset to succeed.
Start monitoring the way you think. Are you thinking positive and decisive thoughts? Turn these positive and decisive thoughts into positive and decisive language. Use the positive decisive language to take positive and decisive actions. From these positive and decisive actions you will gain positive results. And, by results, I mean MONEY!

“The Power of Attraction”

The power of attraction concept has become very popular in recent months. The power of attraction is a mindset that you can have things attracted to you if you take the right steps. For example, if you change your mindset from worry to confidence then you will attract the things you desire. Another example is to let your desire be known and send this information out into the universe. The universe will respond by sending the things you desire your way. Many people believe that this concept is extremely powerful.

Are you looking for ways to improve your business? What specifically do you desire? Do you want to make more contacts? Do you want to earn a higher income each month? Begin by writing down the things that you desire. For example, you might want to earn $10,000 per month. Then set a goal a little higher than this amount. For example, make your goal $15,000 per month. Believe that you can achieve this goal each month. Set your mind on a positive path.

In other words, look for the impulse that comes from within and act on it. You have planted a seed within yourself. Your job is to act on the signals from this seed. Those actions will set you in the direction of your dreams and intentions.

Here’s an example of the power of attraction at a conference. There are hundreds of people at the conference. They were instructed to get out 3 business cards. On the back of the first card, they were to write down something they wanted that someone on this planet can provide. They had to be specific.

For example, they are looking for a particular product or person. The power of attraction dictates that they can find somebody in the room that has what they are looking for or know someone who does. They repeated the process with the two other business cards as well. They have planted their order in the universe because these people wrote their desires down.

Here’s another example. One man wanted to talk to the famous business man Richard Branson. This man thought about it in the airport and suddenly a magazine article about Richard Branson appeared to him in the airport gift shop. The man now has a chance to contact the author of the magazine article so he can eventually meet Richard Bronson. This shows the power of attraction and networking. This also shows you that your desire can come to you in some surprising way.

Follow this exercise and get your desire out in the universe. They may just come true.

“How to Attract your Goal Income each Month”

Can you answer the following five questions correctly?
1.) What three words will make you hand over all your money to me?
Answer: “Stick ‘em up!”

2.) What eight words will get you to never have money worries again?
Answer: “You never have to worry about money again.”

3.) What one word is the greatest word in the history of marketing?
Answer: FREE!

4.) Besides fear, what is a prime motivator that will get people to listen to you?
Answer: Curiosity is a prime motivator.

5.) What’s the best way to get your customers curious about you, your business, and your products and services?
Answer: You can get more of what you want by asking open ended questions. This gets people engaged.

How did you do? Let’s look at the answer to question #2 - “You never have to worry about money again.” What does this mean to you? It means freedom, security, and a worry free life. Most of us use worry as a motivator. Usually this does not work. Instead, you should act on your intuition and not worry. If you worry, you are limiting your own ability to act.

Instead, you should focus on positively attracting the things you desire to you. Try this exercise.

1.) Take a piece of paper. Write an intention about your income.
2.) Use curiosity and hypnotic words to engage your own mind to attract money.
3.) Do you want more money and income every month? Everybody does.
4.) Write how much money you want to make each month. Stretch your possibilities a little bit. Your goal should excite you and scare you a little bit. Make it something that energizes you.
5.) What would be better than what you want to make per month? This is the ideal.
6.) What is your ideal?
7.) Write that you want to make a particular amount of money per month and something better. This is your new intention.
8.) Now, imagine receiving this new intention (the amount of money you want per month or better) and allow this to surface in your awareness. What does that feel like to you? What does that look like to you? How does your experience of receiving that goal amount of money feel to you? It may make you smile. Enjoy the thought. Imagine what you are doing with that money. How are you spending it? How are you investing it? Who are you paying with it?

Guess what. By completing this exercise you are well on your way to attracting the things you want. You have a positive mindset that will help you earn the income you want. Engage in this exercise often. You would be surprised at the awesome results you can enjoy.

“Fear – Your New Best Friend”

Do you know the three steps to creating wealth? Creating wealth for your business depends upon your ability to sell, sell, and sell your products and services. Let’s look at the three steps to creating wealth beyond your wildest dreams.

Following are the three steps to creating wealth that will have you raking in the cash:

Step #1: Fear. You need to find out what people fear. If you haven’t created a product then find out what people fear in life and make a product that helps get rid of that fear. If you already have customers then find out their fears so you can create even more products.

Step #2: Promise of relief. So you’ve found out the fear of your customers, now what do you do with this information? You create a product or service that provides relief. You promise that your product will save the day and alleviate their fear.

Step #3: Money. To maximize your sales you need to let people know why you are the person to solve their concerns. You have to provide credibility so that they will give you their money. If you don’t provide credibility then they won’t have faith that your product will actually solve their problems. You can provide testimonials, show results, and give your credentials so they will literally throw their money at you. Fear is a very powerful feeling, so you can use fear to your advantage.

What are examples of these three steps in action? Let’s look at a couple of examples.

Example #1: Do your customers have concerns about earning the most profit from SEO on their website? You could provide an informational product that helps relieve this fear of losing out on money.

Example #2: The diet industry. The diet industry preys on the fear of being overweight and provides an easy relief solution through diet pills, programs, and gadgets. They prey on the fear that people feel like they will never be able to lose weight unless they order their diet products.

Take the lead from the diet industry and uncover the fears of your customers. If you can provide the magical solution, with credibility to stand behind it, then you maximize your profit in no time. If you don’t then you could lose out on thousands or even millions of dollars in profit.
