Divide Your Teleseminar into 3 Parts for Ultimate Success!

As any web site owner knows, and if you’ve read any of my articles you know that I am a big fan of teleseminars. But what many web site owners fail to realise is that there is a science to holding your teleseminars – a 3 step process. Let me explain...

What I usually do is divide the teleseminar up into three major parts. Now, the first part we have is before the call, the second major part we have is during the call, and the third major part we have is after the call. These are three key important parts.

Now, the first part is really focused on getting ears to phones. Your personal job is to get as many ears to phones as you can possibly get.

For the second part you’re going to want somebody to get on the call, such as a JV partner or someone like that to do some or all of the talking for you. You want to make sure that they have the ability to sell and to make you a lot of money, or you have the ability to sell. It’s really important to make that happen.

The next thing you want to do is make sure your merchant account is set up. I use PowerPay. I run everything through PowerPay. And so what I will do is – if there’s something happening in the background, let’s say I’ve got somebody else that’s speaking on my call. I’ll say, “Hey, let me know what your offer is? Do you have your offer online?” They will say yes or no. If they say, “Well, I’ve only done this offline at seminars,” then I’ll say to them, “Okay, well, tell you what, are you going to offer the same package that you offered at those events?” They’ll say, “Yeah.” I’ll say, “Can you email me over your order form, the exact order form that you would give people when you’re selling it from stage?” And they’ll say, “Okay,” and they’ll send it over. Basically, the reason I ask for that is because that order form is what I create and I set up inside my shopping cart. I want to make sure my merchant account is set up with my shopping cart.
But inside my shopping cart, I want to create an order form.

With the order form you can use what’s called a top html. And that top html is going to be saying the same exact thing as that file would that you would be handing out - the order form. So it’ll have, like – a lot of times people will say, “Yes, I’m ready to discover XYZ and save this much money with the following bonuses.” And then it’ll say Bonus #1, Bonus #2, Bonus #3, Bonus #4 or 5, whatever it is, and then a guarantee a lot of times. So you can have a special link, and this will be a link that the shopping cart will create for you, which when people go to it, will actually go to an order form where they can fill in their personal information like their first name, their last name, their email address, their phone number, and their credit cards information.

These are the first three things you must do when setting up your teleseminar. It’s a great process that has worked very well for me and returned huge results. I’m sure if you follow this three step process you too will see great results!

Warmest regards,

Matt Bacak

“Do you know the answer to these 4 questions?”

Internet businesses encounter a variety of business situations every day. For example, you have to know how to use your software, how to promote your business, and how to save on taxes. You will make hundreds of decisions each day. You will also encounter problems and questions no matter how efficient your business is. Knowing the answer to problems and questions can mean the difference between a profit and a loss.

Following are a wide variety of common questions many Internet businesses face. These questions are all over the board, which is a great representation of the questions you will have to deal with in your business.

Question #1: I use an Autoresponder. For some reason, my Autoresponder is sending duplicate messages causing me to lose subscribers. Why is the Autoresponder sending duplicate messages?

Answer: You may be putting your email messages in both the text side and the HTML side of the Autoresponder. If you have email in both places then it will send out duplicate content.

You can check this by opening up your Autoresponder and looking under the “Properties” feature. Check to see if you have the email set to “text”. Remember, you want to send your emails as text. Click “save” to save this setting.

Next go back in to where you place your email messages. Make sure that you have placed your email messages in the “text” area only.

Question #2: On my Internet business website should I post articles in full rich HTML text as opposed to PDF format?

Answer: Post your articles in full rich HTML format. Avoid the PDF format because search engines can’t read PDF content. The search engines recognize that it’s a PDF, but they can’t actually read it. You can offer a link to download an HTML article in PDF format if you want, but it is not necessary.

Question #3: Should you post articles on your branding site or on your squeeze page?

Answer: You can put one article on your branding site. You can also put an article on your squeeze page. Think about it. When traffic is driven to your website they are driven to your squeeze page. The article on your squeeze page is more of a benefit to your subscribers than it is to being picked up by search engines. It will help build a relationship with your subscribers from the get-go.

Question #4: What equipment should I use for burning CDs, DVDs, and making labels?

Answer: A great program is “BravoPro” which burns DVDs and CDs. It also creates the labels for you. Make sure to purchase the add-on that lets you burn more CDs and DVDs at one time.

For packaging you can buy items at Office Depot to begin with. This helps you determine which size packaging, etc, works for you. Once you have figured out what packaging is best then you can order in bulk. You can then find a supplier that is cheaper than Office Depot and order in bulk.

6 Proven Website Strategies for Internet Entrepreneurs

Your Internet business website is the engine of your Internet business. You can’t move forward if you don’t have a website up and running. Following are website tips that Internet entrepreneurs of any level should follow. It doesn’t matter if you are new to the Internet business world or if you have logged in successful sales. You can always tweak your website to make it more effective.

Website Strategy #1: Forget what your Web Designer said! A Web Designer may make beautiful websites, but normally these types of websites are not effective in Internet business. Instead, you should follow the example of successful Internet entrepreneurs. You will see that their websites are much more toned down, which has proven to increase sales.

Website Strategy #2: Avoid using Java and Flash on your Internet business website.
Java and Flash are unnecessary and can cause viewing problems for some website visitors. The last thing you want is for an Internet visitor to come across broken links because their Internet browser has trouble with Java and Flash.

Use straight HTML. Hyperlinks are easy to create. HTML is viewable in nearly all web browsers and loads quickly. You want to make your website easy to navigate through for the website visitor.

Website Strategy #3: Avoid using audio and video files on your Internet business website. Also avoid using several graphics. All of these have large file sizes and take a significant amount of time to load. Website visitors will become impatient and click off your page.

Note: If you do use graphic files then make sure to compress their file size. You can compress the file size of the graphics because you don’t need to have photo quality.

Website Strategy #4: Create a powerful, eye-catching header. Seek out a graphic designer that can create an effective header.

Website Strategy #5: Use headlines and direct response copy writing on all your websites. A great headline will catch the attention of a website visitor. If you decide to place a picture with your headline or on your website, make sure that the picture prompts the visitor to then read the headline or accompanying text.

Website Strategy #6: The purpose of your squeeze page is to generate leads.
Your squeeze page must contain copy that prompts the visitor to subscriber to your list. Make sure that you also focus on driving traffic to your squeeze page.

Follow these strategies and you are well on your way to a thriving Internet business website.
