My only comments, irespective of the business that your are going to be doing is that you provide a product or service with true value that over delivers. There is so much scam sites out there that one can not be overly cautious. If you develop a conent theme website-the traffic should automattically arrive as with my personal goal setting web-business.

My points:

a) Develop a conent rich website that overdelivers and WOWs your visitors with a VALUED product or service
b) Join forums and contribute in your area of expertise, offer solutions to peoples problems-stand out as an expert in your field
c) Sign up with Google alerts where you can provide value added content (not just fluff-but providing value with your contribution
d) Understand your competrition-what sets you apart from the rest. Furthermore-why should I buy your product or servce if I can get it somewhere else? What is your brand of one that sets you off from the rest?
e) never stop learning, the rules are always changing and you need to be able to change and adopt and react to the ever changng e-commerce industry.
